Hi all,

DS back from NYC, the orchestra won the competition, and he saw some amazing sights, so now its back to the musical. Orchestra joins the show tonight, it is going to be a big night!

DH will probably stay another 3 wks in my opinion, the PT people need to factor in the fact that with MS, the patient is only going to improve so much before they plateau. He is working hard, but is in a lot of pain so that inhibits progress as well...

Today was Yoga Relax - I needed it!!!!!!!!!!

I did 34 minutes of 2 different Taebos considering my knee didn't hurt at all this morning. I did take it easy but still got a good workout in.

Today I did xtrain chest back shoulders + the mat segment from tonique. I'm about to try one of bj gaddours 10 minute torchers.

Hi ladies allergies kicking my butt. But I got a workout in today, I got away from the 21 day bootcamp challenge for a bit. Today I did a heavy weight workout
From mbodypro.com. Used 20 and 25 lbs db. My muscles are still twitching.
