Hello Ladies,

Last evening: CTX Kickbox and All Step cardio back to back (needed about an hour of sustained non-interval cardio) abs and a short stretch.

This evening will likely do shoulder work, floor leg work and perhaps some cardio.

Good Morning, everyone!

Yesterday PUB, and what a victory it was! Did some jogging with DH and DS later on in the evening so I skipped my Aerobics. Was such a nice day for a jog. DD was inside drinking her protein drink from strength training. :)

Today will be Legs and Glutes and ab premixes of some kind.

Today is MM, CM, SM, and then a break to do a little work. Then step tape, and 30 min elliptical.

Tomorrow we are off to NYC for 5 days. I am really looking forward to a mini vacation and being away from work.

Mariangeles-Hope you are feeling better and can workout soon. I know I really miss exercising when I am sick.

Have a good workout all. I will be back on the 11th, but until then I wont be near a computer, so no Cathe.com forums to check a gazillion times a day. EEEK, I hope I dont go through withdrawal.

Today was Imax 3, StretchMax 1, and a run this evening while my son is at soccer practice.

Early morning before breakfast:
30 minutes HIIT: running outside:15second/1 minute split.

Later this afternoon P90X:plyometrics. maybe a L&G premix...

The sun is shining:)

Last night was Musclemax for me. And tonight will be a run and CM (one segment).

I can't wait to get out and run maybe even in SHORT SLEEVES:eek:

I did Step, Jump and Pump last night and this morning it was Imax 2. First time all the way through for both workouts. :)

Morning all! Today was ME! I'm fried. My biceps are exhausted. Since I am doing the Hardcore Fat Loss rotation (or as close to it as I can) I know I have to eat clean, but there are homemade chocolate chip cookies EVERYWHERE! I feel like I'll never make it!

My boss just brought me a biscuit from the bakery. These are no ordinary biscuits. They are more like little cakes. I love them so. I think I may have to find a way to work these in as my "treat" for the week.
 
That was really nice of him! My previous boss never gave me anything but grief.

Maybe eat 1/2 today and 1/2 tomorrow??

Daylight savings time is killing me!

I normally get up and workout at 4:00, but since technically it is *3:00*, I could not for the life get out of bed. Ah, well. I am in a hotel room this evening, so I will either hope for some reasonable fitness equipment (unlikely) or do the dreaded thing and go for a very long run that leaves me gasping for air yet strangely satisfied. ;-)

The good news is last night I did both GS Back/Shoulders/Biceps and CoreMax #1. I thought the CM workout was awesome - next time I am going to add a plate to my belly since I think it would be much more effective with some weights (as per Carole, whose abs are awesome).

I did CTX Kickbox and abs from Leaner Legs today. My lack of having my orthotics is beginning to take its toll, my arch/heel started to hurt during Kickbox so I have to take it easy. I am praying that my modified orthotics come back in reallll soon!!:D I really do need them to make my workouts more comfortable.

Marie - I was like that yesterday....it takes me awhile to get used to DST. I overslept and had to do my workout late last night.

I did MM legs today and a 3 mile run. I have been procrastinating lots and tryng to get my taxes done...not much time to post...miss you ladies...

Hi all,

lot of busy people today:)

Did Imax2 intervals 2-4-6-8-10 and PS UB (all of it) this morning. Then did my exam and passed it and went shopping. Finished the day with a 6K cross country run.

Son no.1 and I didn't feel like running at all today, but I made us both get up and out the door. Instead of the same old same old 6K route, I decided that the forest floor would be firm enough now to go running without any slipping and sliding, and so we ran on the horse trails that have been set out. Absolutely great run. I felt so happy when we finished.
