Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cardio Leg Blast. I am loving my other workouts but no one does fun like Cathe - NO ONE!!!!! Love Xtrain.

Annette - great news! whoa!
Sandy - I never really got into 4DS - I do it here and there but I just cannot master step workouts. I have very little space in my basement to workout
Henriette - great to take a rest day
Elsie - I hope the dvds get there soon

So true Ceci ....was thinking the same thing last evening while doing Core from Xtrain. Would definitely HATE it without Cathe and the fun music in that one. lol. I will let you know when the dvds come in the mail. Very excited!!
Annette, that sounds like a lot of fun! :) Please keep us updated on how it goes.

This morning I tried Crush & Burn complexes (30 min) from MH60, 10-12 mins of back/rhomboid band work & stretch from fitnessGlo. Hoping for a long walk later today.

I hope we hear something more definitive regarding Cathe's latest product(s) this week.
 
Hi everybody, today I did 4DS LEGS, just the weight portion of the workout and no kickbox. Lots of squats there and heavy weights to be used. Then I did the barre leg conditioning work from Turbo Barre which I found really tough and difficult for me and the abs section from the same dvd. In the end that all took more than an hour. I will let you know how I feel tomorrow. Elsie, I'm also very curious as to the new product Cathe has in store for us. I hope it's one of her live w/s put on a dvd. I have not subscribed to Cathe live yet becuase I still have some of her dvds to try, but I certainly will in the next future, hoping the wi-fi assists. Has any of you subscribed? Comments? i wish you all a good day and evening

Today was Taebo Max most of it but not the whole thing, but 40-45 min. of it. Good sweat.

Will hopefully find out tomorrow about the class and if I qualify.

Will keep you informed.
 
Hi all,

Tonight I did RWH upper body circuit, the premix with abs mixes in... So circuits alternating weights, cardio blasts and abs. For some reason it didn't include the stretch so I had to add that one afterwards and it ended up being over an hour. I can deimfinitely feel my abs have been neglected... I don't think I did a single H&C ab w/o the last 4 weeks. Oops. I did feel stronger after H&C so I could always match Cathe this time and for a couple could even have gone heavier, but with it being a HiiT w/o there is no way I could talk thru the exercises like she does. Impressive! Then again, I doubt she spends a min. 40 hours a week sitting still behind a pc. Office jobs are so bad for your health!

Tomorrow is the king's bday so we all have the day off. There are usually a lot of flea markets and parties around, but the weather forecast is worse than it was at Christmas. Cold, rain and hail! So I think I will treat tomorrow like an extra Sunday... Sleep in, brunch instead of breakfast and lunch and then a relaxing afternoon and of hopefullyan extra long w/o.

Annette - Fingers crossed.

Elsie - very curious too. As it should be immediately on demand too I am leaning towards that instead of spending 100 bucks or more on more dvds.

Sandy - have not tried Live yet. I watch the clips that are released every week and read the reviews on 2lazy4gym. They look great! Thinking of signing up next week... Paying per month in order to see if it works well enough and to have flexibility to switch to on demand depending on the summer release. Will keep you posted.
