Gaiam- Total Body Challenge-Cross Train- Upper Body workout - 20 min.
YT-Jump Rope Dudes- 15 min. Hiit-Jump Rope & Kettlebell workout

Good Tuesday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Xtrain for bi's and tri's for 35 minutes (I didn't do the cool down). I added on Boho Beautiful - 23 minute yoga workout. I will do my own stretch now for my back and hips.

My DD left yesterday morning after being here for 9 days. It was sad to see her go back to Ottawa but I'll see her again in three weeks!

KCM 30MF- "Raw"- More Than Just Strength- Workout #1-Heavy Up & More = 33 Min
TaeBo Flex Express =21 Min
Les Mills CXWorx - Release 9= 30 Min

Th at's it for me today, phew! OH FYI I have to go out of town tomorrow and won't e checking in tomorrow no workouts. I'll be back Thursday.

Hi ladies,

Today it is pouring the rain but I braved the raindrops and came to the gym.

I ended up doing a 100 minute circuit consisting of upper body weight using the back machine, and dumbbells heavy focus on shoulders, the I did the sled up to only 10 plates, then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes, then I finished with the heavy bag hitting and kicking with my gloves on for 13 minutes and then a nice stretch to end the long workout. So not bad for a rainy Tuesday .

Looks like everyone is getting a workout in, good job ladies!!

We’re getting ready for up to 16” of heavy, wet snow and 55-60 MPH wind gusts. We’re ready for 2-4 days without electricity if need be.

The first thing I did was charge the battery for the portable DVD player. I definitely have strict priorities. :)

I’m sorry for the long post. I’m constantly tamping down my chatty tendencies.

I just want to share that DH & I share 24/7 care for a disabled relative. I hesitate to use the word disabled because we are seeing substantial progress. Despite that it’s quite a bit of work because of the daily home therapy and education we do.

We just turned a bit of a corner there so routines are shifting. I’m also soon moving into the 4th phase of my medical keto program. I’ll definitely be exercising but may not continue checking in.

My continued best to everyone in the group.
