Good morning all!
Yesterday was ME for me and I STILL can't up my weight on those darn biceps! Today will be Imax 3 and Coremax.
I have put together a rotation for myself using the August Bootcamp rotation and the March '05 Hardcore Muscle Endurance rotation. Hopefully it will help blast the 5 lbs I've gained back Along with much cleaner eating, of course!
