Gooooood Morning all you fit ladies,

I was up bright and early today and was out the door for my 4K run 6:45. I have never run this early before. It was great. My quads were kind a stiff when I started running, but after about 5 minutes they loosened up and I had a great run.

I added Muscle Max legs only, cause I didn't do it yesterday (bad girl :) ). I included MM abs. I'd forgotten how good this one is. Loved it.

Good Morning All,

Today is CTX: KickBox cardio only, S&H Triceps and some abs.

Dutchie: I also love MM abs - for me it is one of the best ab workouts Cathe does. I think I will do it today! Don't you feel accomplished when you get up early and get your workout done?

It is dark, cold and rainy here today - blech! I bought some new spring skirts and they have yet to make an appearance out of the closet.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was KPC and Super Sets (lower body only). No DOMS today...that stinks!

Anyhow, today will be PUB, Core Max #1, Laundry Max and Clean Max.

Dark and rainy here too and it is only going to be 58 degrees in my Virginia backwoods!! I guess we are in for a cold summer????

Sounds like some good fitness workouts going on.
Charlotte: I hadn't had DOMS in my legs for a while. About a week ago I did Leaner Legs followed by the Haevy weight work of S&H Legs and I had DOMS for 2 days.

Last night:KPC
Tonight: Rest day

Great workouts!

Today-GS Legs (floor), GS Shoulders, & SM #1. Evening-Run.

I have made some new goals for myself, and I have til the 3rd weekend in July to accomplish them. If I don't then I can't go on the Ladies Fishing Tournament with my husband and his best friend. I will definitely have to follow through because they are counting on me. I have allowed too many cheat days in one week!;( I am suffering from it, and all my hard work is going down the drain slowly! So I am only allowing 1 splurge meal a week. If I have more than supposed to I have to go without make-up or curling iron for the whole day!x( I had made great accomplishments, but the last 3 weeks I have been sabotaging them!x( x( So I got a buddy, and my husband and kids are going to help me stay straight.

Just wanted to share. You lovely ladies can help keep me straight too!:D

Carla - those are great goals! I make goals like that all the time and it really helps. Last week I made a goal that if I didn't skip a single workout for the rest of the month, I'd buy a new Cathe video! And for the whole month of May I can't eat pizza. Sounds crazy but it works!

Dutchie - great job on the run!

It's chilly here in Northern Illinois this morning and all week. Good sleeping weather!

Last night I squeezed in ME upper body and abs and this morning I did Step Blast combos and Legs & Glutes floorwork.

Good morning everybody!

Well here is my story of my workout this morning. I get up at 4:00 am to do CTX Step & Intervals and I am really looking forward to it. So here I go into the living room and my dog pooped in the living room x( . So I clean it up and start my workout, I grape vine around my step and back and side step and so on. So now I do the same thing on the left side and discover ... my dog threw up on the carpet x( x( . So here I am cleaning that up to and I found out that I clocked up the toilet :eek: . So I try to fix it, don't work. So I decide forget the workout and go and take a shower instead, because I am running short on time. :-(
So I go into our other bathroom and wanted to use that toilet and found out, well it's clocked up too :eek: x( and to make things worse it's overflowing :eek: x( ;( . So here I am at 5:00 am in the morning cleaning my bathroom floor and disinfect it and I am crying while I am doing it, because I am soo frustrated ;(
I am at work now and everything is getting better now and I decided to do my workout after work hopefully.
Hope you all enjoyed my fun workout this morning. ;-)

I hope that everyone has a great workout (not like mine) or rest day

Here in Ohio it is cloudy and chilly.....a high of only 58 today. :(
I am wondering where the warm weather & sunshine is this year?!!
This morning I did Push and Pull and Allstep, and am ready for a protein shake and get this day started!!!

Today will be Imax2 for me. Then more work on the landscaping. I'm determined to get the 5 ton of stone, that was delivered yesterday, off my driveway. :)

I am recovering nicely. At this point I truly do not feel like I gave birth just over a week ago! The first few days to just under a week were rough. My whole body still ached like I was pregnant. Sleeping was still difficult. I needed stitches so that was quite sore and made getting in and out of bed or a chair a very sloooow process. lol At about one week it all changed. My chest ached pretty bad for a couple of days when my milk came in but that's all better now too...thank goodness! lol I slept on my belly for the first time the other night...WHAT A JOY THAT WAS!:)

Thanks for thinking of me.

BTW-You are doing some great work outs girl! Keep it up! You are putting me to shame! :) :p :)

Today I'll do 6 freestyle exercise, abs, a 5 mile run and maybe the GS Back & Bicep premix....

I feel your pain. That was my house last week. Same thing. It never ends does it.
I hate when I let my dogs outside before I work out and then they still have to go again in the middle of my workout. AGGGHH!!

Mornin' y'all! Great workouts!

This morning I did Step Blast. I was having a very unenergetic morning - it took every ounce of my strength just to roll out of bed. So I didn't really put 100% into my workout - I just didn't have 100% to give. Ugh. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Hi Ladies.

I miss my work outs but am currently trying to figure out when I will find the time and energy to do them once I am able! lol

It's ugly in NJ today. Cool, cloudy and rainy. BLECH! I think it's gonna be more of the same tomorrow....UGH! x(

DH, DS and myself are going to MIL's for dinner tonight. I am looking forward to it as I haven't gotten out much since we came home from the hospital!

Hi Charlotte,

Great workouts! I'm pretty new to alot of this lingo, and I've got yet another question to ask! :p Many people here talk about DOMS, I understand what that is and do experience it sometimes myself, but not after every strength workout. Does NOT having DOMS mean that I'm not getting the full benefit of a workout? Or do different people experience DOMS in different muscles? Please help me understand this a bit better. Thank you!

Today is PLB + 200 walking lunges. That's what on the rotation, anyway. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do 200 walking lunges! }( :p
