Hi all,

I packaged the HC dvd's that I have to sent back and I'll be off to the post office when I've posted this ;( I guess it's another two week wait at least before I can use the GS again.

Speaking of which, I did the GS UB Sunday and I think my body had a tremendous shock. I did PS UB today and I had to up the weights on everything, except shoulders (have to be careful with that area because of my whiplash). But the weights I used for shoulders felt too light. I could even do all the push ups (24 reps) on my toes. Speaking of dramatic effects:)

Will go out on a 7-9K run this afternoon with son no.1 We have entered a 10K race on 1 May (instead of the 1/2 marathon I had planned for myself).

AND I made an appointment with a sports nutritionist. My, was it hard to find someone who specialised in sports and nutrition. An early birthday gift to myself.

Carole, I have the ab hits dvd and about twice a month I do 30min of that one. It's tough. I should do it more often, so once a week may be a good goal.

So I did what I had to do at Social Security yesterday and then off to shopping with my friend! :7 I spent a little bit of those a/c winnings! Hee hee.

I ended up not feeling too good...I think my lunch disagreed with me and then everything I ate after that just compounded the problem. Blech! So I didn't do my normal work outs last night...

I did prenatal stuff coz it's mellow...Fit mamma salsa dance/yoga (40 mins) and then I did Stretchmax segment # 3 (20 mins). So I had an hour of moving the bod...as slow as it was....lol.

Tonight I will be back to "normal"...I think tonight calls for weights. Lower body for sure but I might just do a full body weight work out. We'll see what I'm in the mood for...

Hello,

Dutchie: I love the Gym Style workouts. I use only these, PUB and S&H for upper body and I think Gym Style Upper has helped me up my weights.
Wendy: hope you feel better today.
Very frustrating day for me at work yesterday and so I pulled out Gauntlet last night instead of my planned workout. I was too tired to do anything but sleep after that and so I wasn't able to stew on what happened at work..

Today: will likely do what was on schedule yesterday: cardio and S&H biceps.

Howdy, Ladies!
Great workouts going on here! I definitely love the GS stuff. I see major changes going on in my body from those workouts!

This morning I did Cardio Kicks. I forgot how much fun, sweat, & calories come out during this workout. This evening will be a 5 mi run.

Today I have to work on all my homework and get it done to turn in.:-( It is all legal research. I love the legal work, just hate writing the paper.

Good Morning all you Motivated Fit Women!

Yesterday was my rest day so I included Stretch Max after I woke up from my nap! LOL. Very tired from the previous week and was totally spent!

Today I am excited to jump back into my routines which will include Tri's/Bi's, Core Max #2, Legs & Glutes and Aerobics tonight.

Dutchie- your on a roll...24 push ups? WOWEE!!!

I will be doing MM tonight and Strech Max #2.

Dutchie, I couldn't even do one puch-up on my toes until I started doing the Hard Core's. Now, like you, I can do 24. But not all in a row ;-)

Good morning ladies...

Dutchie...always a good feeling when you can up a weight. And 24 push-ups on your toes!!! wow!! great job. A 10K is a good racing distance, you might want to give the 1/2 marathon a bit more time and training..:)...I know you have had some nutrition issues I hope the nutritionist can help you. I was trying for 40 mins of abs 3 times a week, but it was like that was too much so 25-30 works better for me.

I am doing ME Lower body split, GS Chest & Back and a 5-6 mile run. My right calf is a little sore so I might have to cut the run back...not sure what I did... x(

Morning ladies! I am so disappointed in myself. I woke up this morning and started doing IMAX 3. Well I noticed that as the workout went on I had less and less energy. I was taking extra breaks in between intervals, which I don't normally do. Well, by the time I got to the 6th interval I had NO energy and found myself just standing there watching Cathe do the workout. So, I knew that I was getting no benefit from it and called it quits. What on earth happened? I did IMAX 3 last week and got through the whole thing with no problem. I have been like this for the past 3 days, which interestingly enough is when I started taking Allegra for my allergies. Has anyone else had this problem?;(

I am still on a high from last night's shopping trip...LOL!! I still can't believe it!!!

Yesterday:
P90X Chest& Back and Ab ripper X..No cardio yesterday..I could actually do 8 decline push ups!!! and I have moved up to 12 push ups on my toes with each set..I did 8 dive bomber pushups on my toes as well...COOL!!!!

This morning:
30 minutes am before breakfast HIIT on my elliptical with 30/30 sprint split..I have increased my sprint time to 30 second intervals, which is up from 20-25 seconds!!! Yeah!!

This afternoon, 2:00-3:00
P90X:pyometerics

Hello, ladies:

I am back from NYC and ready to exercise again. We walked and walked all over manhattan. We had a great time.

Today, was 1 hour elliptical, and kickbox class. Later, I will do MM (no legs), and core and stretch.

Missed everyone and its good to be back.

As an aside: I finally decided to go see a nutritionist (appt sat)and really get my sweet tooth under control. I want to learn portion control, and how to space my meals to get optimal fat burning and yet not go hungry and get sluggish. I want to lose 10 lbs of body fat. I figure its about time. WIsh me luck. I will keep you all posted.
