Daily Check in Tues April 10

Hi Everyone! I did not work out yesterday and forgot to check in and say hi. Today I hope to do Cardio Supersets.

Hi Carmen,

Try the premix that Siobhan did the other day - I think it is about 47 minutes long.

Today was cardio step with intervals - I did Tracy HISM 2, then the ab section.

Back to work today, my desk is piled up!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I did 26 min. of the Ripped Extreme Taebo skipping around and doing some of the weight work. I kind of hurt myself during the workout, when we were supposed to be moving across the floor my foot got stuck and I twisted my hip, so I cut the workout short but did get some weights in.

I hate when I do that because then you are concentrating on not hurting yourself again or you are in pain trying to continue the workout, UGH!!:mad:

Anyway I did do something and that is what counts.

Hi ladies I did the 47 min cardio superset premix Connie suggested. That was a good workout!

Annette I hope u didnt hurt yourself too badly....maybe it was just a mild pull.
