I did 26 min. of the Ripped Extreme Taebo skipping around and doing some of the weight work. I kind of hurt myself during the workout, when we were supposed to be moving across the floor my foot got stuck and I twisted my hip, so I cut the workout short but did get some weights in.
I hate when I do that because then you are concentrating on not hurting yourself again or you are in pain trying to continue the workout, UGH!!
Anyway I did do something and that is what counts.
