SPRING.... is still not here... But a very good morning to you all anyway :D

Yesterday I did PS C/S/T (as in the March rotation). In the evening I went spinning (like it more and more) and after a shower I did Crunch Candlelight yoga. And I slept like a baby :)

This morning I ran 5K and added PLB UP premix, standing ex only.

Last night was GS C&T and today I'm feeling it.

Today will be some cardio - Imax, I think. And core.

Good morning Shelley and Dutchie...

I "think" I'm back with the living today. Yesterday was a nightmare, really bad time with TTOM. No workout, went to bed at 6 and asleep by 7:30. I feel marginally better this morning. I think I still weigh 500 pounds, didn't have the heart to check....

I am going to attempt the BC/ME bonus combo today after work. Hopefully I will continue to feel better as the day progresses. Still not feeling great, but an improvement over yesterday.

Yesterday was my rest day.

Today is GS Chest, walking lunges, some abs and then off to the gym for another shot at that thing you all call running! LOL ;)

Dutchie, I took my first ever spin class last week. I enjoyed it too!

Jane, glad you are feeling a bit better! Hope you enjoy your work out today.

Today I'm going to do a CTX workout and some abs. I have LB DOMS from KPC yesterday:7

Dutchie: Great workouts...you and Wendy make me want to try some spinning classes.

Morning ladies. Today was ME followed by cardio only from Step & Intervals. I started the bicep portion of ME and thought to myself "okay, I usually do 5 lbs heavier than Cathe in this workout", so I loaded my barbell to 30. I was about half way through and was thinking "Holy Crap why is this so hard???" Well, it turns out that I got it confused with SJP biceps. I always do 5 lbs heavier than Cathe on SJP biceps, NOT ME biceps. However, I'm proud to say that I made it through with the 30 lbs. I guess that means I have to do 30 lbs on ME from now on.:eek: ;(

Good morning, everyone. It's very gloomy outside - I think we had our two days of spring a few weeks ago, and now we're back into winter! Oh well. It's better than summer down here. I'm dreading that.

Today is some sort of cardio. Shelley, I'm thinking Imax also, or maybe KPC. Depends on how the knee feels later, whether I'll want to do all those plyos and lunges.

Dutchie - dang, you do some good workouts!
Shelley - we may be Imaxing together
Jane - TTOTM is awful. I'm glad you're feeling better!
Tigger - you've got a full-body workout planned - whew!
Tammy - enjoy CTX - are they fun? The only one I have is Leaner Legs

I am doing S&H Legs and a 5 or 6 mile run. We had a nice break over the weekend from the rain but...darn...its back....

A snow day today for DD! I thought Spring was here!???;(

Anyway, todays workout was a good one. Biceps from ME TWICE (bb @20#) and also dumbbell curls from BC, AbRipperX (for the first time- I really LIKED it:D ) and cardio was the ALWAYS fun Stepworks!!!!:D

I guess for added cardio- like it or not, I might be out there SHOVELING SNOW!!!!!! ACKKKKKKKKK:p

Morning Ladies,

I hope everyone had a great weekend. This morning I did the one and only HE - Interval Circuit, man oh man. That workout was TOUGH for me. I usually do not do Circuit training working, NOT SURE IF I LIKE EM. I could hardly keep up. I had to stop and start stop and start. But I did made it ;-) :9

Hello there.

I've done everything on the schedule except for the abs which I will do once my lunch digests!:9

I hit GS chest this morning and I hit it HARD! I was shakin' and limp by the time I was done! }( }( }( I followed that up with 100 walking lunges...did about 1/2 of them with 8# DB's and 1/2 with no weight. After that I hit the treadmill at the gym and managed 2 miles in 23 minutes w/a 1 minute warm up and a 2 minute break down to a fast walk to check my heart rate.

BTW-Joey apparently loved the daycare! YIPPEE!:+

This morning I did IMAX. I had zippo energy for it, but Cathe put it on the rotation, so I did it. I'm glad it's over :)

Pamela - I'm dreading BootCamp less than I was dreading IMAX. How did you do with IMAX today? Was it your first time? If you can do High Step Challenge or the KickMax BootCamp Challenge, then you'll do just fine with BootCamp. The Terminator Climbers are probably the hardest cardio segment, but that's only one minute out of a 60 minute workout. It's really a fun, fun workout, and the core work is cream of the crop. The weight segments aren't really that hard, IMO. Are you going to take a rest day tomorrow, and do that over-2-hour workout she has scheduled for Thursday? I'm going to split it up and do the CTX upper body tomorrow (Weds), and save the rest for Thursday. Do you have CTX?

Shelley - I see you joined Pamela and me in doing IMAX. I'm sick of being cold, too. Did you know that we got 25cm of snow on Friday night? First day of spring, my a&$!

Jane - I'm glad you're feeling better after your rest day!

Wendy - terrific job on the running!

Hummm didn't anybody miss me?!? Huh huh, anybody?!? Dh was off from work on Friday and Monday so that through off my schedule for working out so I didn't. I know bad Annette but what can I say.....nothing I know??!!:+

But today I am back and did a Fat Blasting taebo Cardio workout with ankle weights and weighted gloves. It felt good but I could tell that I hadn't worked out in 4 days. I may be feeling it tomorrow. I am thinking of doing an all cardio week since I am already off of day with what would normally be my weighted days.

Sandra - for some reason, Imax has a huge dread factor for me. I'm already thinking maybe I should do something easier instead:p
 
Hi everyone,

I had to report for jury duty today at 7:45am so I haven't even started my workout yet. It is now 7:09p.m., and I just got home 5 minutes ago. I have to report back tomorrow at 10:30pm. I can't believe it! I have no problems serving, but I've already spent $1560 on nonrefundable tickets to Trinidad. It's a family trip during the kids spring break that we've been planning for two years. I've even invited my cousin, her son, and my sister. Everyone except my sis already has their tickets. If they don't excuse me, then I really hope it means they are willing to work around my schedule. I can see why the prosecution would want me since I'm a former dv prosecutor, but I can't imagine the defense leaving me on the panel. They must be hoping I'll say something during voir dire tomorrow to give them grounds for a cause challenge. I'm so down about the possibility of cancelling my trip I don't even feel like attempting IMAX. Hopefully I'll feel differently after I eat dinner.

Sandra, actually, I'm dreading IMAX more. I previewed it last night, and there is no way I'm going to attempt an 8 inch step today. I just recently graduated to the 6 inch. It's been in the back of my mind all day, but I've decided the most I'll do is try it out in the warm up to see how it feels. I tried using the 8 inch during Low Max, and nearly fell. Despite how tall I am (5'9"), I just don't think I have the balance yet for jumps off of a step that high.

Hope everyone had fun today, and sorry to be such a downer.

Welp, I guess I will finally join a check-in and try to stay more accountable.:)

Okay, here goes. Today I did Cardio & Weights and burned 594 cals doing so! :) I'm doing a modified-with-what-I-have Aug. rotation (Body Fat/Legs & Glutes Rotation) so tomorrow should be CTX Power Circuit and PUB stability ball segment.

Pamela, I hope you get out of jury duty, girl! Had you sent back the notice stating you had a non-refundable vacation planned and paid for already? If they accepted your reason for not being able to serve then you would not even have had to show up at all. Atleast that's how it used to be.

IMAX 1 is done!!! I started with the eight inch step, but about halfway through the warmup I realized I wasn't going to complete it at that height tonight ;). I ended up doing it on a six inch step. What's weird is it didn't feel as hard as I thought it would (don't get me wrong, it was still tough), yet I was completely soaked when I finished, and I burned 521 calories (and this new hrm never gives me those high readouts like my old one). Now I'm wide awake.

Wendy, I hope so too! Unfortunately, having travel plans isn't an acceptable reason for excusal here. However, there are many other reasons, which I can't go into because I'm not allowed to discuss the case, why any good defense attorney would want me removed from the panel. I actually feel for the attorneys in this case because it's going to be very difficult to get fair and impartial jurors for it.

Hi CreatedbyGod, great job burning 594 calories. I recently tried C & W, and I found it to be a really fun workout. I love the Elvis song too :).
