Mine was short and sweet, I did free weights for bis, tris and shoulders, for 14 min. then did Taebo Express Kicks for a little cardio, then I had to run middle son to work, since dh went back to work because the government is up and running again.
Didn't quite burn my 500 calories I like to burn a day but not too bad considering how short the workout was.
Hi ladies long time no see! I have started enjoying evening walks with mom who is visiting for the next 6 weeks. The weather is so gorgeous here this time of year and evenings perfect for stroll. Great job on those workouts.
