I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did a short mix of 2 different growingananas workouts - bodyweight only. It was fun!

Great to see you all checking in yesterday with your workouts. WTG!!!

Nice workout this AM, Siobhan, with your 2 different bodyweight growingananas workouts. Sounds fun!

Today's workouts:
Blender- "Biceps & Legs with a Splash of Foam Roller" - 24 min.
YT-Earth & Owl- 10 min. Beginner Rebounder & Ropeless Jump Rope workout
YT-CrossRope- Jump Rope & Biceps- 6 min.

That's it. I tell ya', that CrossRope ropeless is giving my arms quite the workout.

Nicki- great workout yesterday as well doing STS 2.0 Body Parts Legs for 46 minutes; Strong and Sweaty Abs with weights for 13 minutes and finished with Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch for 10 minutes. Gosh, you
had a nice long one too!

How was the "Core with Yoga Blocks Express"? Is that a blender or where did you find it? Thanks
Nicki, it's a CatheLive workout. It's a fun workout, short & not too hard....some of the moves we've done with
the mini ball or stability ball before, and even an ab stacker move, but this workout uses yoga blocks for a change! Below is the clip & info on it.

Hi ladies,

Today ended up being 103 minutes of a circuit workout at the gym using the rowing machine for 10 minutes as my cardio. Spent more time on legs today using 4 leg machines including the incline leg press machine starting with 25 on each side and ending with 2, 45's on each side. 2 chest machines, back machine, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders ending with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus light dumbbell work for triceps.

Then a stretch.

Longer than I thought it would be.

Wow, Annette, great job with 103 minutes of a circuit workout at the gym today. I see you did some rowing
for your cardio today. Yay! I enjoy the rower alot more than my elliptical now, but there was a time, awhile
back, that I did more elliptical than rowing. It's funny how we tend to change things up, for variety, or
whatever reason. Like the old saying, "it does the body good!" :) I bet you're tired, but then being the
warrior you are, probably not! LOL!
 
Tired might be the wrong word more like my legs are screaming at me asking my 'why lady? What did we ever do to you?' LOL!!
