Daily Check In: Thursday, May 5, 2005

Good morning all! I am going for a jog with Logan today in a stroller and -GULP- up some hills! I am feeling like I need to be challenged today, but we will se what my legs are telling me later! It is perfect spring weather here in IN: sunny, chilly and a very subtle breeze, so we will spend it outdoors!

Have a great day all!

Cathy- I think it is your body telling you to rest. Maybe you are just burnt out and a day or tow off would help. But if you're like me you will hate the idea of taking time off from workouts.

Wendy-I am so excited for you :) Won't be long now!

Today I plan to low max, then 30 minutes of abs later and push pull tonight. I won some dvd's of cathes from ebay and cant wait to get them!

Wanted to do more but now not only do I have to drop things off at Goodwill, and grocery shop I have to drop off my son's glasses at the doctor's office to have new lenses put in and take a "blind" son (along with his brothers)(yes 3 boys grocery shopping again) grocery shopping with me and pick up his glasses on the way home. Busy busy day!!:D

Tammy, the timesaver is split over both dvd's and comes in at about 65 minutes. But I had to pause it occasionally cause sometimes the next exercise started when I was still deciding how heavy I should go.

Judy, 4 miles, that's great! Do keep in mind not to increase weekly mileage with more then 10% to avoid injury though. How long are your other runs?
