Been subbing for the last 8 days so no workouts. But today I am home so I did 35 minutes of the Ultimate Taebo. My leg with the knee with arthritis has been giving me fits with standing and walking up and down stairs for the past 8 days. Thankfully I go to the doctor tomorrow to talk about what I can do for all the pain.
