Guess what was on the rotation?? 4DS HIS! That was actually kind of fun, I could not go quite as heavy as Cathe on some of the back work, but good workout.

Hi gals, miss me?

Been subbing for the last 8 days so no workouts. But today I am home so I did 35 minutes of the Ultimate Taebo. My leg with the knee with arthritis has been giving me fits with standing and walking up and down stairs for the past 8 days. Thankfully I go to the doctor tomorrow to talk about what I can do for all the pain.:(

It is a beautiful day today.
