CatheLive- "Chiseled Upper Body Blast" - 38 min.

Nora, great workout yesterday with Power Hour = 55 Min - That is an oldie but a goodie! :)

Nicki, a few days ago you mentioned about favorite workouts.......What type of workouts are you
looking for? My workouts are all over the place :)

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live warm-up + a 45 minute Leomoves weighted KB and bodyweight workout (it's 36 minutes but took me 45. I needed breaks). I've done this one twice. I love the format but man it's tough.

Linda - That workout is from one of Cathe's toughest series for me. WTG :)
Annette - I haven't looked at that workout in a long time! It sounds like your DH can't retire just yet :(
Nicki - I think you requested some ideas for upper body workouts, hoping for little impact on your leg/hip. Linda might have some ideas for that as she uses the blender.

Hi ladies,

Today was Shoulders and Legs plus the sled for cardio and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. I did 1 shoulder machine as a warm up then did 2 cable exercises for shoulders and upper body. Then 2 leg machines, then dumbbells for shoulder press, seated clean and press, Arnold press, side laterals and shrugs .

Then 1 more leg machine before doing the sled for cardio. 4 rounds starting with 1 plate and ending with the equivalent of 3, 45 plates plus 2 pounds (because I used kettlebells for the extra weight instead of plates) doing the rope pull and push back.

Then floorwork for hip flexor exercises, abs, glutes and legs with a stretch. This was 71 minutes after deducting 25 minutes for talking.

Nice workouts ladies!!

Hello girls:)

No workouts today, as I was suffering from major DOMS from Power Hour yesterday, that's a toughie and still packs a punch. MY delts and back and a bit of bi's too! The other parts are sore too just not as intense. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.
