Hello girls
No workouts today, as I was suffering from major DOMS from Power Hour yesterday, that's a toughie and still packs a punch. MY delts and back and a bit of bi's too! The other parts are sore too just not as intense. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

YT- Leomoves - Weighted KB and bodyweight workout= 45 Min (it's 36 minutes but took longer breaks as needed)- Sounds Challenging but a good one.
