I really should have listened to my body today and had a rest day but I didn't. I'd eaten a bit too much and wrong stuff so I really needed to move, but becuz my left ankle was slightly sore I didn't want to do a new to me Cathe step w/o so I opted for a safer kickboxing w/o. Amy Bento's Kickbox and Surge. Unfortunately some combo's had me confused and it buffered more than the other times I'd been streaming... So I finally gave up mid cooldown and did my own thing. Now after my shower my ankle has left me limping. Oops. Sure hope it feels better tomorrow and tomorrow I will definitely have a rest day. I did enjoy the workout though... But I will probably prefer Cathe's kickboxing w/o's.
Despite my experiments with streaming I still ended up ordering another 4 KCM dvd's... But as they are being sent from the US it will be a while before I get them.
