Tuesday evening: Rhythmic Step and Stretch Max 1

Wednesday evening: Gym Style Chest and Triceps and Kick Punch and Crunch without the ab section.

Tonight since I have a buisness engagement, I will likely not work out and use it as my rest day.

Looks like there were two separate threads for yesterday's daily checkin. I posted in the original thread for the daily checkin but it got lost and there were posts for today in the second one for yesterday and so I started a thread for today but posted my workouts for Tuesday and Wednesday in today's thread... see above post.
 
Tuesday - Legs and Glute/Ab workout

Wednesday - Aerobically cleaned the house LOL!

Today - PUB/Ab workout

Friday - PLB

Saturday - Run 1 1/2 miles

Sunday - Rest!

Ciao tutti!

I did MuscleMax yesterday for the first time - every muscle in my body hurts, even though I have been doing the gym styles on a regular basis. I really like this workout! BUT, I really hate static lunges - they are so hard for me.

Today I am going to go with the fun factor of Step Blast with some ab work tacked on.

Hi, Today i will do IMAX3 and coremax and stretchmax. Maybe I will also hop on the elliptical for a while too.

Tammy: I dont do static lunges because they hurt my knees. So, I do walking lunges with dumbbells (slowly) and my knees dont hurt but I feel it well in the glutes and hamstrings. I do 2 sets of 50 lunges and I am done just a smidge before Cathe is in MM.

Today was cardio and upper body premixes off of HSTA. Total 80 min.

I reached my weight loss goal for this week! So I am going to get this Guess purse I have been drooling over.:p

Today I am doing a 4 mile run, GS Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps and something from Coremax.

Yesterday I was a bit confused with the two daily check-in threads, so I just posted in both of them! I confuse easily;-)

Last night was KPC (and I did all the pikes - YAY!). I haven't decided yet what to do tonight.

Today for me will be all the segments of Stretch Max.

My boss is leaving on vacation tomorrow! He is going to Costa Rica, wish is was me, but now I will be on a mini vacation. (without all the warm weather).:D

Hi good morning everyone,yesterday I did Low Max.I have done a few modifications in this workout( I have two left feet). Cathe has done a great low impact workout.Fun and intense. Today I will do the 4 combinations of kickmax and the kicboxing combinations of KPC.I will do the core max segment with the stability ball too. Have a great day everybody.

I have only down LowMax ONCE since I got it! I don't know why either...I liked it...It worked for me. I guess I have forgotten about it...I must do that on my next cardio day!! :)

I ended up changing what I was going to do just for today.
I did Legs and Shoulders and then part of triceps/biceps focusing on forearm. Ab workout from Step, Jump and Pump. Lastly, I did most of PUB, but did not do the shoulder work since I already did it in Legs and Shoulders.
Now I am toasted!

Hello everyone,
I don't normally post on this daily thread, but I had a couple things to say today so I am;-) (I do always read about all your tough workouts though:) )

I did KPC last night for the first time in awhile and I had so much fun with it. My form has improved since the last time I did it! After that I did the Leg Conditioning Drills from Kickmax:eek: OUCH!!!! That was my first time trying that and I've got some work to do!!!

Is your 50K this weekend? Are you feeling ready for it? I wanted to wish you the best of luck with it. I love running and am anxious to hear how it goes for you:+

Hi all. A little late checking in today. I did my favorite... IMAX 2 this morning. As always, it was great. I think it's the only workout I've ever done that I actually smile while I'm doing it. Well except during Interval 5 and 9.:)

LOL Jes! I am doing cleanmax this weekend. It's one of my LEAST fave workouts;) I can't wait for it to be mowmax season, but for now, I'm gonna have to settle for shovelmax.

Tonight I did a Gin Miller step/weights circuit workout and the abs from Body Max.
 
okay, Here is miss night girl posting a day late. Oh well. I did Pure STrenght Legs and Abs and it was really really a Martha STuart Good. That's the kind of work out I like. I see I have gobbles of work to do on my legs. I thought I was going to have to brake out my weight bench and put the plates on it to get the Quads, Not. I did just fine. I don't like Adductor, yuck.

But Lord knows, I'm heading in the right direction and I get to wake up, by the Grace of God and do upper body tomorrow, later on today.
