Hi Angie... I just finished Timesaver #4 w/KPC myself. I don't have any of the Body Blast series so I haven't done KPC before. I have KickMax and like it.

There was a short upper body segment in this Timesaver but not nearly enough. I will probably try to get PUB in tomorrow with some cardio again.

And can I say HELLO HAMSTRINGS... doing those kicks today on KPC showed me just how much those dead lifts on PLB worked my hams yesterday. Oh yeah....
 
Jane - if you like the Timesaver #4, and KM you'd love all of KPC!! The shoulder segment was a killer for me, I had to lower my weights halfway through. The upper body segment is definitely not enough, but good for when you're pressed for time.

How do you like PUB/PLB? I think when payday rolls around next week, I will order this dvd. I have heard such great things about those workouts and I am just getting into adding more weight workouts into my rotations.

I just received my PUB/PLB DVD yesterday and did the PLB last night. It was great!!! I am looking forward to PUB.
 
It is 7:20 p.m. in NC and 82 degrees... geez.... but I'm going to try to get in a run. Not sure how far I'll get in this humidity.
 
I just finished Bootcamp. It helped me with the aggression I felt from having taken an hour and a half to get home from work. Silly inconsiderate truck drivers, breaking down and causing mass confusion on the highway.
 
I got ME upperbody PM done and then it was time to shave the dog, then i cleaned the house (some of it) and then cooked dinner, so while it's settling, here i am:+

After while i am going to do lower body ME and cardio. i did some of IM3 earlier, but it was kicking my ass too bad in the heat. SO i didn't finish it AGAINx(

Just did walk/run intervals for 30 minutes, the heat was bad enough, the humidity is what got me... and the fact that I am dealing with some serious hamstring muscle fatigue from doing PLB for the first time yesterday.
 
i completed ME, but no cardio. i'm too full!!x( i can still get 4 cardios in for the week though, cause i did one Monday}(
