This morning I did BodyMax step, KickMax leg drills, and CTX triceps.
Angie - trooping up 6 flights of stairs every time you needed to pee would be a great way to get some additional exercise. Smart idea!
Connie - when I was doing PLB the other day, it occured to me that it's a great substitute for SH Legs, because you do almost the exact same exercises, just at a different tempo.
Kingston Laurie!! Great to see you back!! I honestly was thinking about you a couple of days ago, and wondering how you were doing. A lot has changed in your world in 6 months! Wow! Did you move out of Kingston, or are you still there? How are your daughters? How is your MIL?
Sandy - It's great to see you posting again, too!! Has life slowed down a little bit for you?

Katie - that's a tough dilemma! I don't know what to suggest. How is your health these days? (your kidney stones and all that?)
Suzanne - if you're settled in Victoria already and are reading the forums, I'm curious about how you're doing on your calorie restrictions, and your intense workouts? Do you have a good level of energy for all your exercise?
Laurie Mac - Rules, rules! Who needs 'em? Yes, your neighbours will think you're insane, but chances are you are only confirming they're suspicions
