Both my husband and oldest son have colds, so I am hoping to escape the same fate - it is a nasty cold virus.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was Chest and Tri's and 30 mins of Aerobics.

Today will be Imax 2 and running for 40 mins. Clean Max too.

I hope you don't get sick. Sicknesses have been going around here all thru the year and I never get sick..maybe a touch of something and then I am fine. I think working out and eating right have made the difference. Hoping the same for you. Take Care!

Wonderful day here! 80+ degrees and SUNNY! Nice workouts posted so far :) ladies.
Today on schedule for me is a treadmill sprinting/ interval workout and stretching.
Yesterday I did the PUB/PLB bonus workout for my total body plan. (plus abs from CTX) It was a nice combination of exercises. I have been upping the weight on most exersices since it is only Pyramid UP. The gym style workouts proved to me that I could challenge myself with even heavier weights.

Today my son and I will attend our Mother /Son brunch for his graduationg class. I expect I'll need extra tissues. I can't believe my second of four children is graduating high school.

Today was GS Back/Bi's and Kick Max. I didn't do the leg drills. I stretched my upper body for an extra 10 minutes also. It looks like it's going to be a rainy day around here.

Morning Everyone,

Lost our softball game last night 3-2. I was up with two outs and two on base. I smacked a really great hit out of bounds. They play one foul and your out.x( But it sure was a pretty hit and only about 6 inches off of the line. :-(

Today will be PLB and the 200 walking lunges. I'm wondering if I do these in the dark outside, will all my neighbors think I'm insane!!:+

Morning ladies. I haven't posted in awhile because my fitness routine has been completely out of whack since we started remodeling the house. The house has been a complete disaster area for the past few weeks and it will be several more until we are done and life can go back to normal.

I'm very distressed however. We had our new carpet installed on Tuesday (and it's beautiful), but my fear is that doing my workouts on it with shoes is going to eventually wear some nice traffic patterns into it, especially since it's very plush carpet. Anyway, I went out and bought a puzzle mat to put underneath my step and when I started working out this morning it was sliding around all over the place. I didn't notice it at first and then when I all of a sudden looked down I was about a foot back from where I had started. Not to mention the fact it was really noisy anytime I landed on it and since I workout while my daughter is still sleeping I found myself not working out as hard for fear of waking her up.

I don't know what to do!!! I CAN'T not do my Cathe workouts, but I also don't want to risk the chance of ruining this carpet with my tennis shoes. Does anyone have any suggestions??? I thought about working out in socks, but I'm afraid I will not only hurt my feet, but I will slip and land on my face.

I'm really distraught over this!;( ;( ;(

OMG it is a major butt-kicker!!!
I really feel like I pushed myself and my sweaty body is proof !

Good morning everybody!

YEAH :) , this is my Friday, so I am excited! We will have a party at our house on Saturday, so I will have loads to do tomorrow, but it'll be fun :) .

I did PS Back and Biceps this morning. I am still really tired and sluggish for some weird reason :eek: .

I hope that everybody has an extremely good workout or rest day

Good morning!

Yesterday was IMAX2 in it's entirety, which I haven't done in a while and I had such a blast!!! It is such a fun workout, the hour went by so fast:D!

Today I am attempting to go running after work....haven't gone running in at least a month so wish me luck please:+....hope I'm not found on the side of the road somewhere looking like roadkill:eek: :eek: LOL!!

This morning I did BodyMax step, KickMax leg drills, and CTX triceps.

Angie - trooping up 6 flights of stairs every time you needed to pee would be a great way to get some additional exercise. Smart idea!

Connie - when I was doing PLB the other day, it occured to me that it's a great substitute for SH Legs, because you do almost the exact same exercises, just at a different tempo.

Kingston Laurie!! Great to see you back!! I honestly was thinking about you a couple of days ago, and wondering how you were doing. A lot has changed in your world in 6 months! Wow! Did you move out of Kingston, or are you still there? How are your daughters? How is your MIL?

Sandy - It's great to see you posting again, too!! Has life slowed down a little bit for you?

Jes - I'm not ignoring you, honest! I'll email you soon!

Katie - that's a tough dilemma! I don't know what to suggest. How is your health these days? (your kidney stones and all that?)

Suzanne - if you're settled in Victoria already and are reading the forums, I'm curious about how you're doing on your calorie restrictions, and your intense workouts? Do you have a good level of energy for all your exercise?

Laurie Mac - Rules, rules! Who needs 'em? Yes, your neighbours will think you're insane, but chances are you are only confirming they're suspicions :) Enjoy your walking lunges and don't worry about the nosy neighbours.

Becky - Awesome work on doing the Viper! That's a doozy of a workout! I'm doing the happy dance for you!

Mornin' ladies,

Today is Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weights 2- Upper (CTX Upper is on the schedule, but don't have that one either ;( ) and Body Fusion. I love BF!! :p Looking forward to it...

Yesterday I did PLB and was able to up the amount of weight in 2 segments!!And I was able to do hamstring and glute bridges one-legged!!! Whoohooo!!:+

My weight is finally on the downward slide again! It's been a great week so far!:)

Thanks for all the motivation and support! Y'all are terrific!

Good morning All,

Yay! I got my new workouts in the mail yesterday :) I did imax2 and oh my gosh! I need to make sure I have more food in me when I do that one. Maybe it was because it was the first time I did it and I did it at 1 with out having ate lunch yet. I love the work out though. Later I did muscle max and I love tha one too. I had done 20 minutes of abs in the am but I loved the abs in this dvd and did them as well. :) Today I think I will try bootcamp and ME. Having new workouts is so exciting! I felt like a kid in a candy store! I wish you all a wonderful day and wonderful workouts!

Hi Katie! Welcome back from a newbie! ;)

Maybe you could put down some plastic stuff that people use in offices so rolling chairs can roll easy. Or perhaps you could buy one of those large exercise mats- the room size ones maybe? That's the best I can come up with right now. I hope you can find a good solution! Good luck!

I really appreciate you telling me about how similar PLB and SH Legs are!! That's a bit of a relief, because I've been wondering if I'm getting enough variety with my leg workouts. I'm feeling pretty confident that I am now. ;) Thank you!
