Hi Everyone,

I have been out of commission for a couple of days due to being at the agency. It can be sooooo tiring - working all day then counselling in the evg + casenotes etc. It takes a lot of energy and brain power.

That said, yesterday was a rest day for me.

Today I did 40 minutes of KCM Trim Down + 10 minute Molly Tittle Pilates segment.

Hi ladies,

Late night for me last night, DH at the ER, but is now home and more comfortable ( hopefully,lol).

Today was Imax 2, my dvd froze on the Pina Colada song in rebellion, so I guess the last blast wasn't meant to be..

Hi gals,

I did select exercises off of Gym Style workout for shoulders and biceps then did the floorwork from Jeannette Jenkins Sexy Arms Legs and Abs finished with Taebo Express kicks workout.

Conni hope your dh is having a better day.
 
Hi Ladies I got in two 20 min walks today. One at lunch and one late afternoon about 3 pm.

Great workouts.
