Daily Check-in, Thursday, July 9, 2026

Good morning everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. My body was feeling the previous few days of workouts. Today I did Precision KB total body for about 50 minutes. I'll do my own stretch now.

Linda - enjoy your workout!
Annette - good news about your health!! I'm so happy for you :)
Nora - rearranging your living room for a sofa is also a workout :)
Nicki - I dislike being sidelined by aches. I hope you are on the mend.

Int. Timer App- "RLJR & Curls" - 15 min.
Blender- "Fab Abs with Toys"- 16 min.

Hi ladies,

Well, I can without yelling in pain today so that is progress.

I came to the gym and did a 77 minute circuit consisting of dumbbells (15 & 20) for bicep hammer and concentration curls, preloaded barbell at 30 and 40 for 12 and 4 reps respectively. Dumbbell shoulder shrugs with 20's. Lying chest flyes and press with 15's and 20's plus incline same exercises same weights.

Overhead for triceps holding fat ends of dumbbell horizontal and vertical.

Then I did the flye/ rear delt machine for both exercises, then moved to the shoulder machine doing 2 sets of 8 or 10 with 25 on each side and then 35 on each side.

Moved to the sled for cardio, backwards strap pulled up and back 2 times, attached the rope and pushed it up then sat on the squishy side of the bosu half circle thingy and pulled it hand over hand to me.

Then talked for an hour before finishing with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some isometric holds and 1 exercise from Monday killer workout. Then a stretch.

And yes I deducted the hour off the time reflected here.

Long workout.

Siobhan, while it is good in one respect (bloodwork results) it still leaves us not knowing what caused it.
