Good morning everyone,

Today I did Dana Pieper Kickboxing Challenge. I stopped at around 48 minutes as I ran out of time.

Annette: Mine have not arrived yet but when they do - I will offer a review. I've read great things about Cathe's new kickboxing workout. TBH - I really only enjoy her KB workouts. I just love Cathe.

Glad everyone got in a workout yesterday. Now for today....

Sandy: I hope you enjoyed your day off.

Conni - where the heck are ya? It's not like you to not check in.
 
Struggling this week... I had headaches for a few days, then now just feel fatigued. I've had a lot of work on my plate and December was major stress at work, so I thinks it's caught up with me. Only had time for a warm up from ICE low impact Sweat and a few exercises from Great Glutes :), I'll have to try and get some more rest this weekend and hit hit harder next week. Happy Thursday Ladies!

I have been going full bore with rehearsals, work, lack of sleep , etc...!
Having said that I have been working out -
Monday - Yoga day,
Tuesday - ICE Low Impact Sweat 1,2 and Blizzard blasts
Wednesday - ICE Rockm Sockm and Core 2.
Today was Xtrain BSB...

Sorry, I even missed watching the Live workout this morning. No brain cells at all!

Today I did Powerstrikes Kickboxing the warm up, punches and kicks and Combo 1 both sides ( I skipped ahead to get both sides of the same combo) then did the warm up and first exercise off of Bodystrikes.

Something different need to mix it up.

Hi everybody, nice to find you all here. Today I worked fro home, the I really hit itvhard by doing STS MESO 1 disc 6 legs: lots of lunges here... Tomorrow is a day off because I've got lots of personal stuff to take care of (to the doctor, to the bank etc, etc ..,)
