I managed a late workout yesterday after work and an early one today! I did Lite Pyramid Pump UB - Love this workout. wow. I will do it again and again and again and again....

5 miles in books. My workouts are pretty routine now. Thx for holding me accountable.

I’ve gained about 5 lbs, in between nutrition cycles. Now that I know I’m gluten sensitive (added to already known dairy) I’ll be playing around with paleo type eating & intermittent fasting. You cannot our exercise a bad diet.

Hi ladies,

Today I did a Celebrity Taebo workout off of You Tube. It was 44 minutes long and a nice cardio workout.

I am going to a new eye doctor this afternoon to hopefully figure out why my contacts keep chipping around the edges.

My hairdresser has been released from his doctor to resume working on Feb. 5th, so I got an appointment in February to get a perm!! Got haircut appt for my husband and youngest son too.
