Yesterday I did Cathe Live High Reps and today was Party Rockin Step 2. Hope you are all doing well today!
 
Wow, I am struggling this week, I ended up hurting my back yesterday so only some core work today.. hoping it is just muscular and resolves itself quickly. Have a great day ladies! !

Today I did LBB - just love that one. I added on an XFA short hiit workout.

Dawn, take it easy until your back heals completely. I still have a running nose and today has been another one full of sneezes but I feel a little better so I managed to do my Sts disc 17 legs and the extended stretch.

Dawn, how did you hurt your back? Lie down with a bolster under your knees for a bit. Don't do too much!

Today I did 30 min foam rolling & 40 min 'fusion' Yoga on fitnessGlo. Loving my free trial thus far. Way better than Gaiam.
