Hi good morning Tammy and everyone who post later. Today is a Turbo Jam party to celebrate I have ordered the new two Turbo Jam live workouts. I have just done the Cardio Party nº 1 (I looove it) and later I will do the TJ 20 minutes workout, TJ ab jam and Turbo Jam turbo sculpt. I will add stationary bike too.

I am so so happy knowing my new TJ workouts are on the way.

Good morning Tammy and Mariangeles... today I am doing the Low Impact Kickbox premix off KM and a segment of CoreMax.

Yesterday that circuit w/o I did was incredible!! It is the Step, Hi/Lo, and Wt Circuit #1 premix off SB/SJP. 85 minutes long and a real sweatfest!!!

That sounds like a great workout Jane! Don't you just love how accomplished you feel after a workout that leaves you a sweaty mess? I haven't done that premix yet, but it sounds like a real calorie burner!

Good morning everyone:

I am teaching step class tonight. IMAX 2 is on Fit TV right now and I'm getting a few ideas for my class tonight from Cathe. :7

I'm hoping to get off of work early today to catch a Weight Watcher meeting - it's time to get serious and get this weight off. I've done good with exercise, but I know clean eating is so key and I've got to get that down to see results.

Yesterday I did GS BSB timesaver in the morning and then I did GS Legs standing only and RS combos 1 & 2 when Joey went down for a nap.

Today is kickbox for cardio, legs and abs.

Jane...I did that premix a couple of weeks ago...it is great. Definitely a sweatfest..:)

Marcia...clean eating is the key. Especially as we get older..

Wendy...glad you felt the slow motion lunge burn!! I only use 3lbs...:)

I am doing PLB standing and P90X Yoga....I need a nice yoga wrokout...:)

This am is StepFit. I have kept track of all my workouts this year, and have done 242 (not including hi/low classes at gym). I will finish the year with ME on SAT., the very first w/o I bought from Cathe. Have a wonderful day to all who follow.:) :)

Hey ladies,

Have already completed my workout with shoulders and legs. Did CTX shoulders and boy are mine weak. They are burning big time right now! Was good to do LG floorwork again too!

Hello.

Well, I decided against kickboxing today as my upper body was hurtin' and I didn't see the point in makin' it worse with punches! I will probably do an upper body work out tomorrow so I figured a rest was an order!

Today I wasn't into my work out so I kinda cheaped out. Here's what I did...

GS Legs warm-up
100 (non-weighted) walking lunges
IMAX 3 step only premix
another 100 (non-weighted) walking lunges
IMAX 3 stretch
SJP abs

Tomorrow will be cardio, legs and u/b work...
