Today I did more CG Iron Series for Arms, core and abs - 37 minutes. I will do my own stretch now. I took a rest day yesterday.

XTrain- D9- Tabatacise- Premix #7 Tabatas 1-2 + Burn Set Back= 38 Min

Hi ladies,

Today was a 75 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 leg machines, 2 upper body machines, 1 cable exercises for all of upper body, then dumbbells for chest press and flyes (17.5, 20 and 25's), hammer curls alternating with hammer with a twist, 1 arm overhead for triceps, seated clean and press, shoulder press, side laterals and biceps curls up turn palm to facing down and go down.

Sled for cardio for 20 minutes, ended with a shorter floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a short stretch .

Gotta run, nice workouts everyone!!

yes, my blender was from the LM&R Functional Total Body workout, just shorter. Yes,
I like the new workouts…lots of variety!!

Annette, another super 75 min.gym day with weights, sled, machines, floor work. WTG!
was it a total of 75 min. Or 75 & 20? Either way, long workout….

I did STS 2.0 Upper Body 2 for the 1st time & LOVED it. I also added on the Balance Disc Bonus from LM&R Upper Body. (Still sore from STS 2.0 Body Parts Legs that I did on Tuesday! That one REALLY got me! My calves & butt are still talking to me!)
