I only have 2 more of the LM&R workouts to try but so far I love every single one of them. I am careful to listen to my body when it tells me I need a lighter day, or an active recovery day & I think these are perfect for that. And the bonus ones are great for light days that I don't have a lot of time. And I've been using some of the bonus ones when I want a short add on. They are also a bit different than most of what I have done over the years. Yeah, I love this new series.Good Morning Everyone,
I will be taking a rest day today. I didn't sleep well last night at all. The dog has been having "tummy" troubles which had her up every two hours. Ugh.

Deanna - it looks like you tried the new workouts? They don't appeal to me and I'm not sure why. I'll have to think of them a bit more.

Today was an 80 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 leg machines, 3 upper body machines, (took the chest flye machine to 80 pounds I will feel that later), then dumbbells 20 and 25 for chest press only, hammers with the same weight. Overhead triceps with 20's, seated clean and press and 10's and biceps curls and forearm work. Side laterals with 10's and triceps kickbacks with 10's. Maybe something else I can't remember.
Then my sled usual up to 12 plates.
Ending with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a longer than normal stretch.
I am going to feel this workout later.
