RWH Back, shoulders and biceps this morning. Wow, a new approach, that's for sure. I couldn't go as heavy as Cathe. This one moves very fast, so be ready!
Today I did Lift it Hit it Legs - whoa! Talk about a workout. That was tough - but I didn't need to stop.
Then, I did Lift it Hit it back/bi's/shoulders too but only had time for back. Cathe goes very heavy. I had to back off the weight a bit. This is a stellar set. Different again from everything else she has. I love it.
Good morning, I revisited one of my old workouts Zwow #59. My time today was 20:49 using 15 lb db. Last time I did this workout was 3/8/13 and clocked in at 19:18 using a lighter weight.
