Hi gals,

Wow!! I am first again. Today was Taebo Total Body Fat Blasting workout and I did all 55 min. of it. Lots of toning and bandwork but I just use 3 pound dumbbells for that. I have upped my dumbbells for this from my normal 2 pounds hand held walking weights to the 3 pound dumbbells.

Hi Annette,

I was back at it again today after a two day rest. My body needed it.

Today I did a TT2 total body workout + ICE MM biceps. Whoa. I dropped those weights quickly. That was enduring but good. Love the MM's.

Good job on the Tae Bo and being able to w/o again. I love the MM and was actually thinking I should do one again soon.

I recently purchased a second hand Michelle Dozois Peak Fit System, not something you normally find in Europe so instead of the planned rest I tried the Pure Cardio w/o. I got a real good sweat out of it and it was also quite fun. At first I was a little surprised by the fast pace, but there are no real breathless moments. Usually in the climb my HR went to around 150-155 so not the breathless height of 170ish. Unfortunately the battery in my Polar watch died mid w/o so I am not sure how good a burn it was. I did enjoy it though and am curious about the other 9 w/o's in the box. Some moves and even some songs were the same as TurboFire, but never the same move with same song as TF.

Goodwill came and cleared out my livingroom and dining room. Was harder than expected and they ended up having to hoist the couch out of the window. So happy that is done. Now just the last couple of things to move on Saturday and then the place is completely empty.

Hi ladies, yesterday was a rest day for me, today I did a premix from Kickmax: kickbox combos plus high intensity blasts. Just 50 minutes but that was what I could give today.

For leg day I did 7-8 mins of Cathe inspired plyo before completing a Linda Woolridge lower body/barre tucks workout & a long lower body stretch. Did a lot of cicuit stuff this week, so I thought enough weightlifting for now. :)

Excellent job on all of your workouts.
I know you wouldn't take much of a rest Ceci! haaha!
Oh, Henriette, good for you! I find those Michelle ones too tough for me. I recall not being able to get through the first 2/3rds when I tried it out on youtube.

KickMax is so much fun and an excellent lower body conditioner I find. Great job Sandy! Happy you had a nice rest day yesterday.

So bummed to hear of Prince's passing today. So young! His moves, groove and music is absolutely legendary! I think Let's Go Crazy was one of the first music videos I watched. On Video Hits. Ceci knows my Canadian reference there!
