Goooood Moooorning ladies,

Did 35 minutes on the eliptical plus GS legs timesaver (31min). Hadn't done the timesaver before but it's great.

Was checking my running shoes yesterday and the outer sole at the inner side of the left heel was totally worn off... completely gone!! So I went to the running store to get new shoes, they told me my shoes were not sold anymore (Kayano X) and I had to buy a newer version (Kayano XI). But you know how it goes, they've been fooling around with it and although they say they didn't change much, it won't be the same shoe x( x(

It's almost 8AM so I'll hit the showers before going to work.

Last evening: PowerMax (was supposed to do on Tuesday but I felt ill and sleepy on Tuesday evening and so I just went to bed early)

Tonight: S&H Biceps and floor work from PLB on schedule.

Dutchie: is the job getting more fun ?
Shelley: Yes, I am finally settled in and I am enjoying my new place.
To all who asked about freestyle training: I am still waiting for my book to come in.

Dutchie - I hope your job situation gets better. I hate to change shoes too. They are never the same.

Cathy - I hope you feel better.

Yesterday was KickMax with those leg conditioning drills. I love that workout. I added on the stability ball leg/glute floor work from PLB and I am feeling it this morning.

Today is strength/endurance day so I'll be doing the Gym Styles upper body w/o in some combination. Going to leave those poor glutes and hams alone today!! Also need to get in some core work today.

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

GS: C/T is on my rotation today and if I have time, some cardio too. I was going to go out for a run this morning, but I have DOMS in my legs.... I tacked on some freestyle training after yesterdays run and I'm feeling it this morning.

Dutchie: I going out this weekend to shop for running shoes...the good news is that I don't have a favorite running shoe yet!

Cahty: Glad you are feeling better....

Jane: KickMax + the leg conditioning drills + PLB floorwork....OUCH! And I thought I had DOMS! Sounds like an awesome combination.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was my rest day and my son's birthday. He just turned 15. Yes, I had to make a chocolate birthday cake and he wanted cookies to go with it. I don't want any though. I will have to make another cake in 2 more weeks for my daugther's birthday. She will be 17.

Today will be PUB and another 1000 crunches with 10 lb plate on my chest. Why not?

Good morning everybody!

I got up this morning and the August Rotation has MIC on the program for today. So yesterday evening when I got my stuff ready I thought, yeah I can do that.
So this morning when I got up I decided to do the KM challenge which I didn't do yesterday x( and do the step portion of MIC because I am not very fond of Hi/Lo at all.
So I start the KM warmup and get to the challenge and decided I am not up to this :eek: , so I switch DVDs to do MIC step. After 5 mins of that, I decided, nope I am not up to this either :eek: :eek:. So I did the cool down and the stretch. What kinda workout was that??? x( Sure not much of one! x( x( x(
Oh well, tomorrow is another day, so let's see if I am up to a 3 mile run and LL ;-)

I did lower body, 4 combos from Imax 2 and MIS Upperbody and abs.
I feel great. }( Took me an hour and a half. I can't believe how different it feels doing Freestyle! Love it! :7

Kristine, we all have days like that. Don't be hard on yourself! Instead be proud that you listened to your body!!!:) It is something I struggle with too! But you did the right thing!!!

I did the cardio premix of cardio&weights and shoulders, biceps and triceps from the CTX Upperbody split.
Would like to do more, but just don't have the time today.
My sister and BIL are coming today from Colorado, for my DD wedding Saturday. Don't know if I'll be able to continue my workouts , might have to just have some rest days until after the wedding.
But for now, I'm off to do CLEAN MAX!!!! (NOT my favorite workout!:eek: )

Morning all!

Last night I did one of the Hardcore Extreme workouts - the legs one with Imax 3, Kickmax and the KM leg conditioning drills. It wasn't as horrendous as I thought it was going to be. I actually tacked the GS C&T drop sets of push-ups onto the end.

I was going to get up early and run this morning, but I ended up falling back asleep after the alarm went off, so I'll run tonight and do a section of Coremax.

Cathy-Glad your illness from tuesday evening didn't last. Isn't Powermax fun? That was the 2nd Cathe work out I ever did!

Jane-Sounds like you have a great work out planned for today...and YES, definately be nice to your backside today.

I'll be doing either C&W or BC depending on my energy, 20-30 minutes extra cardio of choice and abs on my own again. I did 150 crunches yesterday so I will shoot for 200 today.

Shelley-Do you have the Terminator DVD? If so, how does it compare to HC Extreme??

I'm doing Freestlye legwork, a 6 mile run, abs, shoulders, tri's and bi's.

You are all doing some killer workouts...this thread can be quite inspiring...:)...

Wendy - I do have the Terminator DVD and LOVE it. I don't actually have HC Extreme, I just went to the DVD listing and found out what's in the workouts (there's a breakdown of each workout) and I picked one I wanted to do, and just switched the DVDs around. So it was Imax 3 warm-up, Step and Blast #5, #6 and #7 from Imax 3, then the first five exercises from the KM Blast, then Step and Blast #8, #9 and #10 from Imax 3, then the second five exercises from the KM Blast, then the KM leg conditioning drills. It was very manageable to do changing the DVDs.:)
 
Hello everyone!

Today is HSTA and I may try to do it twice.I will see how I feel. If I can't do it twice I will do a short run this evening as I think my body stays leaner when I run. I will also do some abs!

Becky-Where in Colorado does your family live? I am in Denver.

Hi again,

Wendy, I found my dress while we were vacationing in Hilton Head. It's a beautiful lavender and white silk dress. I love it. It's my favorite color and the color of my dd wedding, so it works out perfectly.:)

Terri, My sister and BIL lived in Denver (lakewood) and recently moved to Grand Juction. I still haven't made it out to GJ, but the pictures are breathtaking. I love Denver.....the air is so different from Ohio. And so much to do outdoors!! It seems to be a great place for fitness lovers. ;-)

That's my break........now back to Clean max. :p

Today is a rest day. I feel like I'm coming down with something, yesterday I did SB and was way more exhausted than usual, and today I don't feel much better, so I'm laying off. Hopefully tomorrow.:)

Morning ladies. Today I did RS for the first time. I tried it on a 6" step this morning, but I think I will do it on an 8" from now on. It was fun, but didn't seem to have the intensity of SB. I did the RS challenge twice at the end so I could get the choreography down. By the end of the second time through I had it pretty well, so I am looking forward to doing this one again.

Workout for me was.........

I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit today.
Tomorrow I will have to fit in a workout because I go in the morning to have a mammogram done and an ultrasound of the left breast that has a small nodule they are watching. Hopefully I can do it after I get back from the test.
