Good morning everyone. Late start today as I have the day offfff!
This morning I did Cathe's PUB and will do something later too - maybe a 30 minute cardio with a short pilates. We shall see how the day unfolds.
And yes, Samonia - i think it would be neat if we all committed to something and checked in e.g. only allow one cheat meal a week or no sugar or some added activity once per week like a circuit workout or yoga or whatever. I'm in if everyone else is....
