I'll be working out this evening after work. could not get out of bed this morning. too much food/wine last night.

Are you still keeping up your pilates Tammy? Pls update us on your results.

Conni - I will compile a list of all my dvd's - maybe we could try it once to see if it works for us. I have a lot. and I'm getting more! ha ha.

Hi all,


No weights today but I did do a whole Taebo workout wearing my weighted gloves so I burned tons of calories with that. :DI will try and do weights next week.:)

I am back on prednisone for my neverending rash on my legs.. I am now on 60 mg till the rash goes away. :mad::confused: At least on prednisone I don't eat as much and I am tend to lose weight so that is a plus with being on the medication.

Hi Ladies - Yay for Friday!! Today after work I'll be doing JM Ripped in 30 week 3. I may throw in 10-12 min of interval jump rope afterwards.

Tammy - Yesterday after TJ cardio party I rotated two exercises back to back. One was the kettlebell swing (double arm between legs) using a 12 pound dumbbell, the other exercise was squat thrusts. I love that swing. I feel it gets me right in the glut area. Alternating these two was a great add on - clocked in at 12 min.

Annette/Connie great job on that workout.

Siobhan sounds like you had fun last night.

Hi everyone,

So I did STS disc 15 - back and biceps. i just prefer the heavier weights. what can i say. my arms have popped out already from yesterday. if only i could silence my lower tummy.

I did some jump rope too. I've got many jump ropes but my DH finally stumbled on a good one that adjusts appropriately.

off to london again tomorrow to see this woman i've been a big sister to most of her life. DH and DD's and I will help out and maybe babysit if mommy and daddy go out. 3 kids under two!!!!!

i will soooooooooo bring along a dvd to workout when they nap.

good workout everyone. and yes, carmen - it was a fun evg.

Siobhan ~ I am still doing pilates and loving the results. Enjoy your visit with your 'little sister' :)

Carmen ~ i did that add on today alternating the two handed kb swings with my 16 kg kb and the squat thrusts starting with 15 reps each, 14, 13 etc down to one rep each...KILLER workout...loved every minute of it.

Annette ~ hope your rash clears up soon.

Conni ~ great workout...you just always bring it!!!
