Hi good morning, I am doing the November rotation. Today is HSTA, Turbo Jam and stationary bike. I have just finished HSTA. It is awesome workout. Short, high impact blasts followed by intense weight training.I can't do the 1 arm tricep dips but I will stay working and I am sure I will get them.
