Good morning Fit Ladies!

Today I continue w/the November rotation and will be doing PUB and then cardio coach#2 on the treadmill.

I'm also doing laundrymax, errandmax and SHOPMAX!

Rest day for me, took middle son to tennis, then helped to move some things out of a room that was getting measured for carpet. Doing laundry so I guess you could say Clean Max!!LOL!!

Hi Tammy and Annette!!

I am a bit sore from PLB and Back & Biceps from MM yesterday, so taking it easy and doing a Slim in 6 workout plus PHH abs.

Also doing cleanmax and now I need to http://bestsmileys.com/cleaning/5.gif[/img] before my workout!

Hi good morning, I am doing the November rotation. Today is HSTA, Turbo Jam and stationary bike. I have just finished HSTA. It is awesome workout. Short, high impact blasts followed by intense weight training.I can't do the 1 arm tricep dips but I will stay working and I am sure I will get them.
