Carole, the KM Bootcamp premix *and* PLB standing legs?? You are living up to your bionic reputation!
This morning I did the IMAX3 non-blast premix (31mins), and MuscleMax. The IMAX3 premix was really easy (what's all the fuss about, LOL!). I think I'm going to try that workout again, but first work on creating some modified blasts. I previewed the whole workout yesterday, and those blasts are something else! I sooooo wish I'd gotten this workout before getting pregnant, because I am chomping at the bit to attempt the whole workout. The music in IMAX3 is the best of all the workouts, IMO.
I loved MuscleMax! I'd intended to do it with lighter weights, but was feeling really good this morning, so gave it a whirl using Cathe's weights. That felt about perfect. She goes slow enough throughout the workout that it doesn't get you winded, like workouts such as PH and ME do. I will be feeling this workout tomorrow, no doubt! It's kind of like a one-hour version of SH. I will definitely be using it alot! Is it just my extra-tired core from being pregnant, or is the ab/core work at the end *really* hard? My hip flexors were exhausted.
The parents are still here, so I'm still not finding a whole ton of time for emails or internet. I look forward to connecting with people again next week. My mother stayed up late last night sewing me new curtains for my nursery/guest room. I haven't had a chance to go upstairs yet and see what she did, so I sent her up with the digital camera to take a picture. They look great!
