Hi,good morning everybody. Today is ME.Yesterday I did the punching and kicking premix of KPC (41 minutes) and I had a great time with the three combinations and the abs. I never did this premix before and it is a treasure. I have a long hardcore waiting :( :( :( . I am not american or canadian and it will make the waiting longer. Using my positive thought in the meantime I can discover lot of valuable premixes. Have a great Saturday everybody.

You're right- the premix in KPC are so great-I didn't make this one yet. I love the premix with LG/KPC-it's also so great.

You are so closer to receive your DVDs-I wish you'll get them next week. (I have news of mines- they were dispatched from Canada yesterday,so perhaps our orders are travelling in the same plan :) ). And you have great workout today (ME),enjoy it as you'll be so busy with HC during one month.

I did PS Biceps,CTX Biceps and AB from Kickbox, and 20 min Spinerval(Enter the red zone-I have tought doing the complete workout but I was very tired today :( )

Good morning ladies!!!

I got up extra early this morning to workout before going to work, I am shooting for 5-6 days per week...After 12 hours of Labor patients it is hard to get motivated to do anything more than lay on the couch and sleep ....So the only way to get a workout in is.. BEFORE work..LOLOL

Timesaver DVD workout#3: 40 minutes, this is my first time ever using the Time saver DVD...LOVED IT!! I love the music too..My favorite song is "Holding out for a Hero" I about died when it came on... This DVD was great..so many choices!! GREAT!! A+

Hi, Marketa I am so glad to know your dvd were dispatched from Canada yesterday. It is a great new. I have just done ME. It is an awesome workout.I love the Cathe's laught during the biceps curls.And what can I say about the abs? I love the crunches, the bike manuver ? the isolation crunches etc. I can not wait to be busy.I don't have a stretch dvd. Stretch Max is the perfect purchase. A stretch dvd and a Cathe 's dvd. Can you imagine something better.? Do you have a spin bike ? I have a static bike.Have a great Saturday.The dvds are near.

Today was CTX Kickboxing and Power Drills from Cardio Kicks. Really got me going this morning. I am the same as you Mariangeles; I love to make my own workouts! I get great ideas from everyone here!

Today for me is IM2. Woo-hoo! Yesterday the VCR ate my ab hits tape. I was so mad. I loved that tape and I used it almost everyday.

Construction in the basement continues. I can't wait to get back downstairs, I am missing my weight workouts.

As usual, you all are doing great workouts!

Carole, the KM Bootcamp premix *and* PLB standing legs?? You are living up to your bionic reputation!

This morning I did the IMAX3 non-blast premix (31mins), and MuscleMax. The IMAX3 premix was really easy (what's all the fuss about, LOL!). I think I'm going to try that workout again, but first work on creating some modified blasts. I previewed the whole workout yesterday, and those blasts are something else! I sooooo wish I'd gotten this workout before getting pregnant, because I am chomping at the bit to attempt the whole workout. The music in IMAX3 is the best of all the workouts, IMO.

I loved MuscleMax! I'd intended to do it with lighter weights, but was feeling really good this morning, so gave it a whirl using Cathe's weights. That felt about perfect. She goes slow enough throughout the workout that it doesn't get you winded, like workouts such as PH and ME do. I will be feeling this workout tomorrow, no doubt! It's kind of like a one-hour version of SH. I will definitely be using it alot! Is it just my extra-tired core from being pregnant, or is the ab/core work at the end *really* hard? My hip flexors were exhausted.

The parents are still here, so I'm still not finding a whole ton of time for emails or internet. I look forward to connecting with people again next week. My mother stayed up late last night sewing me new curtains for my nursery/guest room. I haven't had a chance to go upstairs yet and see what she did, so I sent her up with the digital camera to take a picture. They look great! :)

I was so busy cleaning upstairs I had to shorten my workout: only 20min on the elliptical and 40min of shoulders (S&H / PUB / CTX).

Now we've had nice Spring weather all week this week. Nice temp., sunny, no wind, etc. Wanna know what the local weatherforecast for tomorrow is? Winds up to 45mh, heavy rain fall, even thunder and lightning x( Hate that. Especially since I have no choice what time I'll be running x( The race starts at 13h45.

Morning Everyone,

I will be doing PUB and a run.

DH surprised me last night and came home early from work. He took me out to see a movie. We saw Hitch and I must say that movie gets a good review from me. It was funny and cute. Of course I really like Will Smith also.;-)

I got the HC DVDs yesterday and am still in the process of reviewing them. This AM I did a premix of the high step workout and still had enough time to preview muscle max and low max! My children are tired of seeing me view Cathe's new workouts and so I am trying to watch them when the kids are asleep or busy with other things. It is so exciting the finally have these new DVDs in my hot little hands!
 
OMG! i am so sore today! my hams and bis are fried from yesterday! imax2 is on the books, but may get bumped for something easier.

Hi ladies,

Although I have the hardcore series, I decided to revert back to a long intense cario that I know well and can work hard. Whenever I do a new workout I really don't feel that I get the full effect, except when I did Low Max I did. Anyway, I did the warm up and first cardio of Body Max, followed by Bootcamp cardio only premix, no warm up, the CTX Step n Intervals, no warm up, and finally HST cardio only premix followed by the first stretch routine. I like weekends because I can go a little longer. On weekdays I really can only spare an hour...

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I got the rest of my HC shipment so I'm a very happy camper!! Last night was LowMax and that name is SOOOOOO deceiving...that was a hell of a workout!! I thoroughly enjoyed it:D It was a lot tougher on the legs than what I anticipated...today my legs got even more of a tough workout by doing Kickmax for the first time...OMG! The blasts and drills at the end almost made me, borrowing a phrase from Jes, "resemble roadkill"!!!:eek: }( ! I LOVE Kickmax! I also love Lowmax as well....well, so far I LOVE everything I've tried:) After lowmax I did the first section of Stretchmax and it was exactly what I needed! Today I tried about 10 minutes of Coremax and whoa i'm gonna feel it tomorrow!!

Sandra...your workouts are quite tough too and with company even!! My shoulders are sore from MuscleMax yesterday and I agree a great workout!! I ended up just doing the Low Impact Timesaver on Kickmax and those leg drills!! wow...they did warm up my legs for PLB standing!!

Dutchie...looks like you had a killer shoulder workout! Good luck tomorrow...let us know how it goes and I'll pray for sunshine...:)

Maria....you are gonna love Hardcore!!

Jes..hope those sore muscles feel better tomorrow....:)...I'm getting a massage next week...:)

Tracy..isn't it great to do a long workout when you have more time. I have every other Tuesday off and that's what I try to do then.

Sandy...yes LowMax is quite a thigh burner and I only did the first 6 intervals! I might try StretchMax tomorrow.

Today I did Bootcamp for the first time. Did I just have too little sleep and too much beer last night, or is that workout killer? I thought it was way worse than IM 1 or 2. I'm thinking I was just having an off day, but I could barely get through it, and was really shaking for a couple of hours after that, even though I had enough to eat and drink.

Tomorrow I'm thinking Body Max, but only if I get a lot of sleep (Maybe I better head to bed?!)

Monday the HC's arrive!

I was very impressed with the Timesaver, originally I thought I would never use it...Boy was I wrong..It was great!!

It felt good to work out before work...My work day went great..But it was not busy either..so that helps..LOL
