I just ordered another jump rope - weighted this time. The first one I got was not weighted.On YT, they have a bunch of fun ones, I especially like the ones with Simone or
Jennika. Some they use a Ropeless, or if in the workout they use a regular rope, they
show Ropeless option in a smaller window on the left. Too much fun!![]()

Variety of workouts so far, you gals are killing it!!
Today I found a 3 day old 30 minute new Taebo on YouTube so I did it. I am a sweaty mess, lots of abwork in this one. Very good for 30 minutes and mostly balanced.
