Hi there, today it was Xtrain biceps and triceps + 100 bicep curls rep challenge. Conni, can't wait to have Ice here at home! Have a great week, Monday is over at least. Very difficult day to me usually...

Today was 40 minutes of the Ultimate Taebo, then 40 min. at the gym.

Trying to organize my GED worksheets and such and I am sooo not an organizer, LOL!!

Today was Live Giant Sets coupled with Live For the Love of Cardio. I love doing these two together. This cardio workout of hers is so fun. It has a little bit of everything that I love: kickboxing, high impact drills, and some old school moves reminiscent of Jazzersize. :) Feel great!
