Good Morning Fitness Women,

Yesterday: Chest work (GymStyle), Back work (GymStyle) and Gym Style Legs (floor work only) and StretchMax #3. Finished my cleaning too.

Tonight: Cardio (don't know which one yet), freestyle leg work and abs.

Yesterday I hiked 4 miles at a state park.

Today is GS BBS and I will add on stretchmax that I skipped yesterday.

Ditto on GSBBS for me too! I went a little heavier today and it felt pretty good. Or bad should I say!:p I felt it a lot more I'll put it that way!

Going for a powerwalk this evening for some cardio.

Today is Clean Max, Pilates class and a short cardio/leg circuit. (Perhaps BC cardio/legs only or BM Power circuit segment.
Over the weekend I managed to do Yoga both days in addition to short cardios and walking lunges. It always feels good on my legs to do yoga, but yet I don't do it with any regularity.

I will my ab work after work today.

Today was a 6 mile run, which felt wonderful. I want to do legs, abs and a good stretch later this pm, after recouperating from my early morning run by the lake. I am trying to work on my speed and its hard.

What the heck is with all the GS BSB this morning?!? I feel like the odd man out - I did GS C/T this morning! Tonight will either be cardio inside if the weather is bad or a run outside if it's not raining.

Hi good morning everyone, Yesterday was a rest day. I did the first two segments of Stretch Max.Today I am ready to work again. I will do Keep it Up of the Slim Series, TAEBO bootcamp abs (I miss Billy Blanks)TJ cardio part nº 2 and the 20 minutes workout. If I could do TJ all day long I'd be happy! Yes I know that isn't possible but it is so much fun.I will mix the cardio premix of bootcamp with TJ to increase the intensity.

Hi all, I didn't do any formal exercise over the weekend but my weight is still down and I am happy with that.

But today I did PUB warmup and chest with abs off of MIS then for cardio I did the 8 min. taebo (which is really 11 min.) 2 times through plus a vigorous taebo warmup only off of the taebo Abs and Glutes tape.:7

Nothing else appealed to me today.:p

I am with you Sandra....lots of GS going on this morning!!

I did a mish mosh of the Kickmax drills alternating with 2 sets of the leg work in PP. Felt great! Then I got my ankle adjusted as I twisted it bad in the trail run yesterday so my nehpew fixed it!! I'll be doing PUB Shoulders, tris and bi's like a circuit doing a Lowmax interval in between upper body parts...

Sun is shining here too....:)...Carole
 
Late check in today. I did IMAX 2 followed by C&W abs.

Question for anyone, is it okay to do KPC twice in one week?
