YT-FawnFit- 15 min. Weighted Vest Walking workout
VideoSki- 10 min. Royal Gorge, California skier workout

Hello, Ladies!
Sorry for not checking in most of last week. We had physical inventory at work, then my internet was out for 2 days, my leg started acting up again and I was in pain.
Last Wednesday, I went to the doc and she says to keep with the chiropractor a few more months and if it's still not where it should be, she will schedule an MRI for me. I certainly hope they can figure this out. It's not fun and does really restrict what I can do (not to mention the mobility issues) and the chronic pain is no fun either.
I am going to try to get something in today - probably a mobility or stretching workout.
 
Today I did:
STS 2.0 Standing Core + Floor for 18 minutes
STS 2.0 Total Body Stretching for 25 minutes

Yesterday, I had a guy come over and assemble my DVD Tower and TV stand for the workout room. During this week and weekend, I hope to be able to get it completely straight, so I have room for my workouts! I'll send pics once it's all done. It's taken a long time to get it like I want it and starting to be real.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 42 minutes on the elliptical and 17 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus some light weight work for bicep, triceps and shoulders and a stretch.

Plus I caught up with 2 friends that I hadn't seen in a while.

Whoops, I missed your workouts Nicki! Great choices with STS 2.0 Standing Core + Floor for 18 minutes & STS 2.0 Total Body Stretching for 25 minutes. Sounds good to me!

Siobhan, I love the heavy weight workouts, especially with breaks giving you time to rest and concentrate on your form. C&E heavy weights for upper body - 45 minutes.
