Good Morning all,

Yesterday: PLB ( standing and floor work) plus shoulder work
Clean Max too.

Tonight: Cardio and freestyle legs

Have a good day!

Hi Cathy and All to follow!

Cardio and freestyle legs sounds wonderful!
I am doing the rotation, but I'm going to do Lowmax instead of Imax2 so I get more work on my legs which is where I need to work the most! Don't really want to do anything but..............once begun 1/2 done!

Then I'm off to work! It's my 4th day after my 6 year hiatus! I can't wait till I have a month in! There is soooooooo much stuff to learn at Bed Bath and Beyond. They have everything and then some in that store and you have to know it so you can help people! ACK!
It'll be fine tho.

Have an awesome Columbus Day Ladies!:)

Good morning fitness folks....

Yesterday was GS C&T.

Today is suppose to be IMAX2 on the rotation but I think I'll run. I will if the weather cooperates that is, this morning it is drizzling, we'll see what the afternoon brings.

Have a wonderful day.

Good morning Cathy:

Yesterday was supposed to be a quick shopping half day downtown at Marshall Fields (soon to Macy's). We went to buy a new Sony tv/stand and ended up walking 7 miles to a Best Buy on the near North side. I never would have guessed that downtown Chicago has NO electronic stores (unless you count RadioShack as a store which I dont). It turned out to be a beautiful day and a wonderful walk. The store salesman let us plop down in front of a huge tv, put our feet up, and surf for awhile until our purchase was finalized. As a bonus, I ended up finding my favorite movie just came out on DVD!!! The Warriors. I just love that movie. It was a fun day.

Today, is 1-1.5 hour run along the lake. Then abs, and chest. I recently had an elbow location veni-puncture that developed a huge (tennis ball size) hematoma. Needless, to say I wasnt able to do chest without pain (the bad kind). I think today I should be able to go lift though since the swelling is almost totally gone.

Good Monday Morning Ladies.

Today I start the Fat Burning rotation (July 03).

This calls for CTX UBS today....oh my and I'm still sore from doing chest/tris on saturday!!! I will also add in abdominal work I think...just for fun, ya know? ;)

Have a great day!:)

Good morning everybody! :)

I started my recovery week today and I did 1 hour of yoga. It will be really weird not to lift any weights for a week. But I think it'll be really effective with all the stretching and core work I will be doing this week.

I bought me a mat yesterday which is 72" long and finally long enough for me to do yoga on. If you 5'11", you need a long mat. ;-)

I also bought me gloves for weight training but I won't be able to use them for a week :-( !

Anyway, I hope that everybody has a great workout or rest day
Kristine :)

P. S. It's finally raining, we sure need the rain! :7

Hi to All,

May I join in this Daily Check In?

I haven't been too motivated to work out latley. I've been nursing a Pilonidal cyst. I go to the Dr for a consult to decide what the next course of action will be.

Anyway, I did Timesaver #3 cardio with the new LowImpact leg work and abd.

I'm trying not to over due it. Some of the leg work really inflames my cyst.

Have a great day! I am off to look for Halloween costumes.

Elaine:)

Good morning everyone

Yesterday I did Shape it Up of the Slim Series and 40 minutes in my stationary bike. Today I will do Firm it Up of the Slim Series, Turbo Jam and Power Half Hour arms.

Have a great Monday everyone.

Hi all, I did PS Biceps and abs then carried in 2 sheets of drywall with dh,(carried a whole lot more in yesterday), then did the 8 min. taebo for a little cardio. Gotta help hang ceiling drywall after I get off of here.:7

Have a great day!!:D

Hello!

Well, this morning I pulled out my step and did All-Step! I'm going to do a CTX rotation this week. I've lost some conditioning, obviously, but I was pleased to be able to get through this entire workout unmodified. I got a great sweat going, and loved how it felt to be exercising without a big baby belly!!! The ab work was the toughest part. I liked being able to go flat on my back again.

Kali - good luck getting back into the working groove!

Jane - enjoy your run!

Suzanne - ouch, the elbow hematoma sounds awfully painful. I'm glad it's healed up for you.

Kristine - why are you taking a recovery week? Just to prevent over-doing it, or are you injured/tired?

Elaine - welcome to the daily check-in! I have no idea what a pilonidal cyst is, but I imagine I'm glad I don't have one. Will it eventually go away?

Annette - you'll be blowing dry wall dust out of your nose for months to come! :D

Jes - ME and LM in the same day? You go!

Have a great day!
Sandra

Sandra! What an awesome accomplishment! You'll be looking like one hot mama in no time! I bet it felt wonderful to work out again! I love AllStep...great choice.

Tammy

Hi Sandra!

I put together a P90X like rotation with Cathe workouts only, so this week is my recovery week. So I am doing a whole bunch of stretching and ab work.

Wow on the All Step today, must feel good after not working out after having your little girl. I only can imagine how tough the ab work must have been. But don't worry, you will be back in shape in now time.

Kristine :)

Sandra... I bet it feels good to get back at it again doesn't it?

I went out for my run thinking I'd only run about 3 1/4 miles but ended up running 6 miles. The weather was perfect, 64 degrees, a little breeze, overcast. My body performs much better in cooler weather!!
