Daily Check In Monday Nov. 7th

GoodMonday Morning - Today will be some form of circuit workout for me later after work.

My boss is out of the country till Friday....woo hoo! I'm loving it.

I'll check back later with my results. Have a great day and a great workout.

This morning I was feeling mellow so did Janet Stone's Mellow Flow Yoga. Then I moved onto Cathe's slow and heavy abs.

Happy Monday, but I am off, so it isn't so bad. I did GS Triceps and Chest, then Ab hits.
Running some errands and cleaning the oven ( more like wiping it, as it is self cleaning..):confused:
 
Hi all, short week at work for me, the schools are closed Thursday and Friday so I only have a 3 day workweek unless I schedule myself to substitute on Thursday since a neighboring district has school on Thursday.

I did a new taebo I bought on Friday... Called Get Ripped Taebo, it was a killer, 30 min. of extreme taebo then 30 min. of very intense cardio type weight work in which I had to drop from 10 pounds down to 5 then eventually down to 3's to complete the workout.

I was sweatin buckets by the time I finished the whole 60 min. workout. Burned a ton of calories also.

Maybe thinking of doing an all taebo rotation since I have 4 different taebo workouts now that I really like and then adding in weights doing Cathe or Kelly for that along with the taebo. (with the exception of today's workout which has weights). I will also add in abs.

Hi!

Today was Athletic Training for me...this workout SLAYED me! I don't know what it was, but I hit the pause button more than once during this workout and I NEVER do that. I found the pace of this workout fast, going from one move right into the next with no rest in between. Apparently two months of ballet body has challenged my endurance.

I have to say for the first time the music really bothered me :confused: I'll see how it goes next time this workout comes up in the rotation. I took a paid leave today as I was feeling too stressed out...so much for R&R...I have been running around all day!!

Just wanted to update my check in. My back was too tight so I decided to do a 40 min pilates workout instead. I have a more range of motion now in the lower back but it still feels stiff. I wonder what it is.....:confused:
