Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "Lower Body Burnout" Rowing & Weights Circuit

Hello, Ladies!
Hope everyone is well!
Going through so much right now with this house buying and selling. Buyers pulled out last week - could not work with their realtor. So, they got another one and put the offer back in Saturday morning.
the house I'm buying has a lot of issues. One estimate to fix them all is $55k. Owners came back and said they would take $30k off the house. So, they are expecting me to fix everything? Not quite what I had in mind. Another contractor going out today to quote on the same things. These folks will have to come down a lot more than $30k. So, I'm in limbo waiting to see what the second contractor has to say. Haven't been able to work out. I'm all over the place. Have to make time for a good, sweaty workout to get me back in the right place.
 
Oh dear Nicki, that does not sound fun at all. I am praying for all of us daily.

Today I found a new Myz workout on YouTube, it was 30 minutes long.

Then I found a YouTube Christian Exercise music soundtrack that was about 20 or so minutes. So I did my own cardio kickboxing workout to it and ended with a bit of floorwork. So all in all about 50 minutes of a cardio kickboxing workouts. Think I am finished now, back to cleaning the house.

Good Morning Everyone,

Yesterday I had a good morning walk with the doggo as my DH is in Florida for work. I added on a 30 minute T&D bodyweight lower body workout for 36 minutes. I did my own stretch. I'll wait to post today's workout once Linda starts the thread.

Linda - how's KCM's app? worth the money?
Annette - You are always on the hunt for a solid new workout. WTG with your homemade kickboxing with Jesus workout yesterday!
Nicki - Oh my! What a rollercoaster you've been on. I mean all you want to do is sell your darn house and buy a new one! I hope things figure themselves out soon. Thanks for checking in. We've missed you!

Hi Siobhan, I started the thread! Nice workout yesterday with a nice walk with the "doggo" and your 30 min.
T&D lower body workout.

I am enjoying Kelly's app again for a month, revisiting some of my favorite workouts. It's been quite awhile
since I had subscribed to her app.
