Slow and Heavy Legs plus an added three sets of Heavy Leg Press
(was able to add 5lbs to all reps of all sets)
Gym Style Biceps plus added incline curls (able to up weights here too for some exercises)
NY Ballet workout (stretch and floor exercises only)
Clean Max

Today: on schedule is
PowerMax
Either chest or back work
Stretch Max 2

Good morning Cathy...wow...tough workout yeterday!! Always feels good when you can up some weights..

Today I'll do my Freestyle legwork, abs, a 4 mile run and maybe shoulders and tri's.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was Tri's and Bi's, Core Max 3, Biking 4 miles and then off for ice cream. I got the Rasperberry Sugar Free Sno Cone...and you thought I got chocolate ice cream??? HA! Then off for a 2 mile walk as DH as feeling guilty after drinking his milk shake. You should have seen what DD ordered...something latte, cherry chocolate sundae. I had to look away! Crashed at 7pm watching Van Helsing and woke up at 7am this morning. I think I am very well rested now. Off to a picnic here in a bit so no workouts for me. I will have to dodge my SIL who will ask me to eat bad things all day long. I feel like I am off to a boxing match instead! Don't wish me luck, I will be fine...coming out like a champ!

Morning all!

Happy Memorial Day to you all. Think of me slaving away at work today;)

Last night I did MM and managed to match Cathe on some weights (biceps - AAAAAAAAAAH!!) and up my weight on some others. I'm feeling a bit toasty today, but I wouldn't call it DOMS.

Tonight I have Lowmax scheduled.

I slept 'til 8am, gotta love holidays. It will make 4:45 tomorrow seem pretty rough!

I originally planned to do something from the Terminator disc today, but it is our first beautiful day in a long time, so may do something else besides hanging out in the basement where my workout area is. We already planned to take the kids biking, but that is not intense enough to count.

I'll either run or get down to that basement.

Gooood mornin'!! Awesome workouts happening today- as usual. ;) Rock on, ladies, rock on!

I'm feeling all rested up and ready to start a new workout week. Yippie! Today is L&G + 20 minutes aerobics or a brisk walk. I'm a bit short on time this morning, so I'll probably just do a 20 minutes steady-eddy cardio workout.

Let's remember to honor our soliders in some way today.

Today I did IMAX2 (some of the blasts modified), and CTX back and chest.

Everyone around here is doing some intense workouts these days!!! Is it the spring weather giving you all extra energy, or are you all buffing up for the Cathe Camp?

Jeez how I'd love to have a crack at the biceps section of ME right about now! I'm startin' to get antsy to work out! x( Somebody hold me back! lol

Weighed myself yesterday morning...lost another 2-3 pounds! ONLY 10 pounds to go! WOO HOO! :7

Good morning ladies!

I hope you all are having a good weekend. I am going to paste below what I wrote late last night on yesterdays check in. Not sure how many of you go back and read it after you post and I posted late.

We left Denver at 8 am to drive two hours to canyon city. They chose to jump there as they would get to fly around the royal gorge first for 20 minutes. So anyway it was me, my son, his friend, his gf and the friends parents. They had the guys watch a dvd about death and injury waivers and basic stuff, By this time I am nervous for them! Then they each met with their instructors to go over form etc. So just as they are about to go up they issued a weather hold!!!! So we wait and wait and wait. Finally we decide to drive and get something to eat while waiting for the ceiling to lift. (whatever that means). At this point we had been waiting two hours and now the wind has picked up. They kept saying go eat and we will call if the weather hold is lifted before you get back. So off we go to town..we eat and go back. We wait some more and finally I ask"what are the chances this is going to clear'? They say they have no idea but suggest we continue waiting. So we do and by this time everyone is getting iritable and disapointed. After 5 hours of waiting they say no way will be they able to jump! So basically we drove 4 hours round trip and waited 5 hours to be let down. The guys actually took it better then us parents as we were nervous wrecks thinkng of our kids jumping from an airplane. My son may be 24 but you never stop worrying. SO they resheduled for two weeks and we get to do this all over again, With weather conditions that change rapidly you just never know if you will get up or not. The guys were let down but all in all they took it well. So in two weeks we will try again. I kept saying I should have brought a cathe workout an put it in there dvd! Now after all that I am physically and emotionally drained and I don't feel like working out. I will double up tommorrow Anyway thanks for listening!

So that was my adventure yesterday or lack of. :) Looking back on that I know I am glad they didn't jump if conditions were bad. They can always try again. Bette safe then sorry! So today I plan to get a lot of working out in. I plan a step workout(not sure which one) then a full body like ME and some abs. I plan to go do a power walk later with a friend. I think that will be enough to make up for yesterday. I don't want to beat myself up too much over doing nothing besides pacing and sitting in a car :)

Hi all, I did PUB biceps then did CTX Kickbox for cardio. Dh is home and working on the never ending renovation/addition to our house. At least he has a friend helping him.

i am going to try to do all circuits this week and see what happens. today will either be SJP with weights from it and SB for step (i hate sjp cardio) or HSC.....i'm leaning toward this one cause i love it!!

Hi, ladies:
Today is Back/Bi/Tri, 1 segment of coremax, abs of MM, and I am thinking about doing IMAX3 later this afternoon.

Shelley: I hate biceps and it seems like it takes forever and a day to increase the weights. I did manage to do the first set of barbell curls at 40 lbs, but the 2nd had to be at 35 and both left me sweating bullets.

Connie: I agree about honoring our soldiers. We try to make a special effort to remember (by visiting graves if possible) my grandfather who was captured by the germans twice in germany but survived, my step fathers dad who survived the bataan death march only to be murdered in Chicago two years later, and my uncle who was repeatedly wounded at the battle of the bulge. Not to mention all the other men and women who have died in all wars.

Wendi: You are doing great! Good job on bouncing back so quickly.

Teri: I can barely walk up a stairway in a lighthouse. I would be scared to death jumping out of a plane. And I would be chewing my fingers off if I had kids jumping.

Tomorrow is my last day in Chicago for 3.25 months. YIPEEE! Off to Victoria BC for the summer and no work, just play. I am going to my last Kickbox class, and 1 hour of elliptical at the gym.

Hello Ladies,

I am now 44 yrs. old, yesterday I didn't workout because it was my B-day.

This mornig it was the gaunlet, and Winsor Pilates advance abs.

The Terminator DVd it is awesome, I want to do all of the workouts this week.

Hey everyone!!

Happy Holiday to all!!

Today was P90X Chest, Shoulders and Tricpes and AB Ripper X..man my arms are still shaking from my workout...I will hav major DOMS tomorrow!! OUCHY!!

I would like to get in some steady stae cardio later today, maybe a run outside.. it is beautiful outside!!
