Today I did STS Meso 1, disc 2 - back/triceps - gosh i so dislike working my back. not sure why - boring zzzzzzz

I added on a 10 minute mike d. hiit workout.

Mornin to you Ceci & hi to all who follow today. Doing anything for the holiday? I am going out to the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve, so there ought to be a lot of walking there. :)
This morning I did JNL Fusion TKO Fat Blast. New to me and it was fun!

Hey ladies!!! Today was a rest day for me. I did some nice yoga and stretches this morning. Taking rest days is different for me but I feel pretty good. My upper body is SOOOORRRRRE from Cathe Live Total body totally pumped. Yikes! Have a nice day everyone.
 
Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 11 ladies for an hour. Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including abs avoiding chest and some shoulder exercises.

My knee felt good this morning after I wore the brace all night. Even stretching my quad didn't feel tight[emoji4], but during my class it started to hurt. And after my weight workout my shoulder hurts again,sigh [emoji21]. So I may be calling a doctor this week.

Hi ladies,

My new w/o body and I did JNL Fusion Crazy Circuit Cardio. It was okay, but not great and not really fun. I think I have done it before. My son quit just after half way thru it. He had a headache and his tummy hurt, so I told him to go ahead and get ready for bed instead.
