Hi gals,
Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 11 ladies for an hour. Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including abs avoiding chest and some shoulder exercises.
My knee felt good this morning after I wore the brace all night. Even stretching my quad didn't feel tight[emoji4], but during my class it started to hurt. And after my weight workout my shoulder hurts again,sigh [emoji21]. So I may be calling a doctor this week.
