Good May Monday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short workout. I did PUB - my own version alongside the dvd + Mike Chang's 10 minute push-up and abs challenge. I lasted 7 rounds out of 10. Tough.

Hi Ladies!
Today was another stressfull day dealing with the bank and notary all day trying to make sure the house would get sold today. Not a fun day dealing with it between meetings at the office. When I left the office I was pretty stressed out and annoyed with it all so I think it was good I had to give a bball training before heading home.

Due to school breaks there were only 7 kids and 3 trainers so we decided to do a lot of drills in game form, small layup competitions and shooting games and then finally 5 on 5. This meant I was training nearly the whole time too and got real sweaty. Doesn't feel like a w/o though.

Tonight I figured it wasn't to late to do another double Cathe Live class, but I definitely picked the wrong w/o to start with. I just finshed Power Step. 39 min and 388 kcal later I am drenched in sweat and my body is definitely saying NO to another w/o. I thought it was more steady state cardio but my avg HR was 147 and max 167. Looking at the stats that's not all that different from Steptastic, but after that one I was okay to add on another w/o so maybe it was all the running at bball or the fact that I have done doubles both days in the weekend. Who knows?!

Well tomorrow is a new day for more Cathe Live... Instead I will have some more time to relax before bed today.

Hi ladies, today was Pure Strength Chest, shoulders and triceps. My muscles were burning. And those triceps exercises never get any easier for me. Maybe I should try to do the triceps prior to working the other upper body muscles. They are usually at the end of the w/o and sometimes I am so tired tha good form is compromised...

Busy day here as well. Got up (later than usual) and decided to do my whole workout at the gym (circuit style) so I got youngest son up and we went to the gym.

I did the stair machine first for 22 min. then did weights for about 20 min. then did the elliptical for 15 min. then finished with more weight and then abs. It was 75 min. long.

Then I had to take my new swimsuit to a seamstress to see if it could be altered a little ( I need 2 different sizes on the top and bottom ) so she is getting rid of the baggy bottom since I am smaller on the bottom than on the top. Then I headed home to pick up youngest son and take him to his final class of the semester, then had a check to deposit at the credit union (bank) and now I am home trying to figure out supper before my hubby gets home and I have to go to work this evening.

I am having to augment my workouts this week due to continuing pain on my left side. Doc thinks it's (mainly) Iliopsoas bursitis. What can you do? That's life sometimes.

This morning was a long walk. Today I did a 20 minute band pilates w/o focusing mostly on arm and back strength & 30 minute standing abs from Sleek Technique which was really tough. Trying some Sleek Tech streaming now.
