Good Morning ladies,

Last evening: Gym Style Chest, S&H Legs and Treadmill

Today: rest day as I am feeling achy, not DOMS, just achy. I wish I had an inversion table as I feel like everything in my body needs to be decompressed.

UGH! I did nothing AGAIN yesterday and I don't have an excuse. :-( Not good. I HOPE to work out tonight...to do SOMETHING...ANYTHING would be good! lol

IM#1 intervals 1-5, abs and PS Legs floorwork only is on tap for me this morning.

Cathy: My body is feeling the EXACT same way, achy. I feel as though I need to be wrung out!

Wendy: Your body is getting ready for a very physically exhausting day - you are listening to it and saving up your energy reserves.

Thanks, Tammy. I know I shouldn't beat myself up over it at this point but I guess I can't help feeling guilty...that reaction is "a part of me" these days. You know what I mean?

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was PLB and Tri's/Bi's. I wasnt going to do both in one day, but hubby made me mad and so I went for it and did kick backs with 10lbs thru all 3 sets and 20lbs for the curls. When I got done, I wasn't mad anymore and slept like a baby. LOL

Today will be GardenMax.

Good morning:

Yesterday before leaving work I had time so I also did MM Upper Body. Now every muscle is a smidge sore, but my lower back is better than yesterday. So, today I will do RS and then go to the gym and hop on the elliptical for an hour to relax.

Today at work will be HPLCMax. UGH!

Although I don't routinely respond to this thread, I wanted to chime in this morning! Hi Ladies!

Wendy: If your body needs rest it is OK at 37+ weeks gestation. And it is challenging to deal with your own hormones if thats what you meant about 'this is part of me right now.' You are doing so well, I applaud you!

Charlotte: nice workout last evening, :) I would love to do 'garden max' today too, however it will be rainy and temps in the 40's in Western NY today, so it's not gonna happen. I was at the gardeen store two days ago, I can really get inspired at those places! Next Sat. will be the day I buy my flat of impatiens. Hopefully the weather will cooperate!

My workout today will be to do a practice run on the 5k course I plan to do on Mother's day, stretch max and core max. Yesterday was Kick boxing and my own good stretch.

Wendy-You have worked so hard. Don't beat yourself up. Trust me you will need the rest.;-)

Today was KM Combos, MM Chest, & SM #1. I will probably go for a run later. I have a lot of anxiety I need to get rid of.

We put a bid on a house. Now we are waiting to hear something. Since the hurricane, it is very hard to get a house. There are so many offers put on the table. Please pray for us.

Judy - Glad to see you this morning! My daughter and I talked last night how we were going to train this summer for a 5K.

It's COLD today in northern Illinois. High in the upper 40's! Where did spring go? It's supposed to gradually warm up this week to the 70's by the weekend.

I did a Low Max premix this morning and now I'm ready for Breakfast Max!

This weather stinks, huh? I am in Virginia and yesterday I think it stayed in the high 50's and today not much warmer so I may just have my coat on while outside today. Even 75 degrees is not warm enough for me...I would prefer 85. Makes a great workout day, then you can go outside and cool off from Cathe's workouts. LOL

Good morning all!
I'm taking a rest today. My back is a bit sore. I did CM 1 yesterday and I can really feel that my abs have strengthened a lot, but still need work. Those cursed levitation holds! Tomorrow I will do Taebo. Haven't done that in quite a while. Today we have a playgroup on tap. Have a great day!

Good Morning everyone! I hope that we are all geared up and ready to start the week! I know I am! The kiddos are off to school after a grueling 3 day weekend. WAHOO! But, seriously, I do love them!

Today, I do LowMax inervals 1-4 and BC cardio and lowerbody. These are my two favorite workouts right now, but I am sure that tomorrow I will hate them! }(

Cathy - what is an inversion table?

Wendy - giving birth has been compared to climbing a mountain. Likely it is the most physically challenging thing you will ever do. So if you take a few days rest, don't beat yourself up.:)

Tammy - How is IM#1 compared to #3?

Charlotte - I did kickbacks with 10 lbs last night too, and was THRILLED!

Suzanne - and once again, your workouts are inspiring!

Judy - nice to see you here! Good luck on your trial run today.

Good morning everyone! :)

Well, I originally had Kickmax on the schedule for today, but my legs are sooooo sore from doing PLB on Saturday (holy cow, what a workout!), that I knew I would not make it through a kickboxing routine. So I took it easy with KickButt Steamin' Cardio. Wow, first non-Cathe workout I've done since my Cathe obsession began a few weeks ago. It felt like I was cheating on Cathe. LOL!

I have come to realize how totally obsessed I am with Cathe workouts. It's like once you start Cathe, you can never go back to anything else. Anyone else feel like this? :)
 
Morning Everyone,

Not a busy weekend, but my DD's had control of the computer everytime I thought of posting. Saturday was a rest day for me. Sunday was GS Back, Shoulders, Biceps a 3 mile run and Step Heat Abs.

Today is GS Legs and some type of cardio. Haven't decided on that yet. Will see what I feel like working on when I get home.

Sandra, the name of our team is Club Paragon. I don't know what kind of cheer you can come up with on that one! :)

Good morning ladies...

Haven't posted as I have been feeling crappy. Got my DH's cold. Hate when they share..x( Plus I had this awful stomach ache for 24 hours, thought it might be a bug or something but I do suffer sometimes with IBS and it could of been that. My sister was sure it was my appendix! Anyways it FINALLY went away.

Judy..good luck on your practice run, I do hope it goes well for you..:)

Wendy...nah, don't beat yourself up about mot working out, as soon enough you will be QUITE busy...:)

You guys are doing some awesome workouts!

Hi all,

This morning I did good, old-fashioned StepMax. The choreography in the first 2 combos of that workout are so simple that it occurs to me that it would be a good workout for someone wanting to move up from Basic Step.

Wendy - I have an idea for today: KegelMax! }( (ducking to avoid a slap upside the head).

Judy - really nice to see you post here! Have a fun Mother's Day run!

Carla - Wow!! That didn't take you long to find a house!! I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you. Good luck!

Emily - Yup! I feel the same way. I've put a Christie Taylor workout into my rotation this week, but I have to say that I'm not looking forward to it. Nothing against Christie; I just love Cathe's workouts.

Laurie Mac - Good grief! Club Paragon. That will take some work. I'll have to get back to you. When's your next game?

Carole - BOOOOOO to the cold germs! I'm sorry you aren't/weren't feeling up to snuff. Get better soon, please.

Today will be some ab workout...30 minutes
supersets
Cardio for 50 minutes but not sure yet as to which one I will do.

I was feeling very tired yesterday and only did half of what I planned to. So now I feel guilty. I blame it on the weather that is now like 5 days straight of cold and dreary!

Good monday........today is S&H Bi's and Tris and a mishmosh for my lower body work, since I don't own Leaner Legs yet.....I am thinking...

The Firm Vol. 1 Floor Work
PLB Stability Ball work
The Bar Method Lower body work

I think that should do it for the evening! Yesterday was S&H chest,shoulders, and back and a walk with the dog...........

Wendy: Don't be so hard on yourself - I had friends that thought it was bad for them to walk around the block when they just started their third trimester! People can really get warped ideas - lol - You are doing great!
