Today was Janis Staffeil (sp?) Hardcore Kickbox Circuit and then 30 min. of weight work at the gym.

Today I did To the Mat - 20 minutes + 15 minutes signature sculpt. Mainly a rest day.

Hi ladies!

Yesterday I missed the check in and also didn't do a w/o as the drive home took me 14.5 hours! That included a stop for some groceries and lunch in Germany and a couple of stops to pee... And nearly 3 hours of standing still on the highway due to an accident. During all the hours of standing still so many people had to get out of their cars to go pee in the bushes. Fortunately my son and I both managed to wait. Long day sitting still... Fortunately I had some audio books to listen to and we listened to music singing along to all the stuff 9 year olds like :-s

Today was a public holiday and a day of unpacking and lots of laundry. It feels like a Sunday!

I just finished Imax Live and am dripping with sweat. Good and fun w/o. I had missed my step and having more floor space to move about. My body feels tired from all that sitting yesterday and now a good sweat. I used 2 risers for the whole w/o so my legs got a good w/o.

Tomorrow it's back to work/school and bball trainings starting up again on Wednesday.

Henriette, I know what such a long drive means. It usually takes 12 hours to get to southen Italy where my old father lives.

Siobhan, I did Cathe Ice to the mat Legs and Glutes, we did something similar I guess. I didn't like this workout, maybe just because I don't like working out with the ball. I am short, the ball size is small but it is way too big for me anyway, I have to struggle to mantain good form during the exercises. I somehow did it to the end but I did not feel really like I had done a good workout so I added a timesaver premix from Ice Chiseled lower body blast and this one was great!!!
 
Neat. I did To The Mat yesterday & you guys today! lol. :) It gets the job done! I found it paired so nice with Essentrics.

Finally, some relief from the hot weather today, so had to wash the bed sheets etc.
My workout was Supreme 90 Shoulders & Arms and some foam rolling. Felt great.

Annette, just wondering how many times per week you lift weights at the gym?

Take care all. Be sure to stretch out those psoas Henriette from the sitting! I love long drives, but definitely need to take breaks! Nice when there are parks around.
